07/8/2018 08:35 | will the Buy start today? It has come down heavily for no reason, non other than the shorters attack as they do to most AIM stocks, easy target. As Togglebrush pinted out it was a shorters' opportunity. However the stock is very succesful and a high growth stock and no shorters or speculators can stop it rising to £21-£25. It has come down from £19.80 to £17 which shows clearly is Oversold. Again this is an opportunity at this price. It could easily see a surge of Institutions, fund managers piling in this and pushing the price to £21 as NUMIS brokers set as a target price. 06/8/2018 23:41 | Thanks - message worked ? | scooper72
05/8/2018 12:47 | IMHO Trade on Friday looks like a direct shorts attack. KWS is new technical company with a high PE and close to brokers target price.. An RNS gives the opportunity as many such companies have missed targets. They assume punters will believe that KWS has missed and join in the sell campaign. The action seems to be short up to 9.15 ish. Then a heavy buy back campaign begins in the next 30 odd minutes (see gold bars on graph). Thereafter 10.15 ish the recovery is steady IF viewed today the action can be seen on London Stock Exchange system with. ' href='https://www.lo ' SELECT TODAY TAB This a free service but will disappear tomorrow as it only has current day. I have tried to send you a private message on ADVFN system with the graph. A first try at private messaging for me I do hope it works , My conclusion is that Friday was a shorters opportunity attack. | togglebrush
04/8/2018 22:55 | No probs. Thanks for the extra data though. Probably Ratheon's comments make some sense too on finding reasons for the volatility. | scooper72
04/8/2018 16:12 | Re scooper72 ….there were over 2,300 trades including auctions on Friday. That is roughly 4.5 trades a minute going through. Many were ALGO some delayed in various time scales and with different codes … the last 5 were all delayed and shown below:- 17:45:51 03-Aug 17:32:29 03-Aug 17:31:58 03-Aug 17:26:26 03-Aug 17:26:21 03-Aug It would take a more powerful computer than I have to verify your conclusion. Sorry | togglebrush
04/8/2018 14:22 | Imo the drop was nervousness about the forward looking valuation given currency challenges and a potential future dilution to help fund "quality acquisitions". There is a nervousness in the market which keeps buyers in cash and let's shorters run amok, or it could have been a staged move to trigger stop losses to accumulate stock... possibly a bit of both.Either way, glad to be in and sitting on a 5% gain already, will be looking to sell north of £19. | rathean
04/8/2018 11:17 | Togglebrush, am I right in thinking the high volume on Friday helps to strengthen the support around the trading range we saw yesterday i.e. around the 1650-1750 mark. | scooper72

03/8/2018 17:44 | ...maybe it was the comments on the VMC acquisition being slightly lower margin? | scooper72
03/8/2018 17:36 | Well that was quite a strange rollercoaster of a day. Happy to see the bounce off around 1650 and back into the 1700s. It did seem according to the chart to drop to 1588 at 9.15am but doubt many people got any at that price. Still doesn't look like anyone has a convincing explanation for the initial drop today. | scooper72
03/8/2018 15:45 | Oops. Thought the first one hadn't gone through. | marfox46
03/8/2018 15:43 | Small correction to this mornings trading update. Small typo me thinks lol. viz- The following amendment has been made to the 'Half Year Trading Update' announcement released on 3 August 2018 at 7:00am under RNS No 6958W. The original statement stated that at 30 June 2017 the Group had no net debt. The date has been corrected to 30 June 2018. All other details remain unchanged. | marfox46
