IRISH DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER ATTENDS MSA SIGNING CEREMONY IN CHINA BETWEEN KEYWORDS AND YOOZOO GAMES
During a recent state visit to China, T£naiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs & Trade, Simon Coveney, witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between Keywords Studios and YOOZOO Games. The signing ceremony took place in Shanghai on March 14th, during Mr. Coveney£s Saint Patrick£s Day visit.

Partnering since 2016, Keywords Studios has supported YOOZOO with a range of services that has allowed them to focus on their core businesses. Under the Master Service Agreement (MSA), Keywords Studios and YOOZOO Games will collaborate in art design, localization, audio localization as well as functional QA testing.

The MSA was signed by Giacomo Duranti, COO of Keywords Studios and Libiao Chen, Co-founder and president of YOOZOO Games

"We’re now 5,000 people around the world in 42 locations. We’re about a third in Asia, a third in North America, and a third in Europe. We have, for instance, about 700 [to] 800 people in China, 250 in Tokyo, 350 in Manila, and 500 in India. Here in North America, we have about 900 people in the U.S. and then about 1,500 in Canada. The U.S. people are in Seattle, Los Angeles, and Raleigh, North Carolina."

"If you keep the player longer, you have the chance of getting more revenue. The trend toward games as a service has been very fast, very demanding, adding a lot of complexity to our clients. One way they can manage some of this complexity is to offload some of the services side, which might now look like a distraction."

"we can do full game development. We can do co-development projects, where somebody like Ubisoft has five of their own internal studios working on Assassin’s Creed Origins and a Keywords studio working on that game as well."

"The good thing about it is that everyone who’s sold their business to Keywords has made some money, but they’ve stayed at Keywords, and they’re probably working harder than they’ve ever worked before. Just looking at the stats for KWS on the website Simply Wall Street ( that does all these fancy info graphics) and they seem to be saying that the vast majority of KWS shares are owners by institutions with only a relatively small percentage held by PIs. Guess that is a positive sign.

I love the way on The KWS board things can slide and people are hardly bothered to post - on some of my other core holding today where things are sliding at the moment there are constant discussions. I would add, but unfortunately added a couple of days ago. I was clearly a bit premature.

Recent update suggested figures 'comfortably ahead of expectations.'

Support zone is approx 1400-1500

Recent oversubscribed placing at 1400. This price level has been successfully tested on 9/2/18

I have been buying this morning, but had to place order, when it dropped below 1500
