This does hurt and especially as they mentioned lithium. I got quite excited as no doubt you and others did too.
But much bigger forces than you and I clearly became even more excited.

I have put this in the ash can of failure and lessons learned. I wouldn't have a clue as to how you take legal action against faceless people.

Defunct stock is still trading even if the company is not active. I doubt this is because of offsetting capital tax.
