Just saw the RNS.Delist but how are we getting our money and Will we receive shares certificate? Is the company better off, not listed in AIM market and how will they raise funds? Sorry for asking so much questions but I am confused .

I speak as a 'major' P.I. in Kemin.

It appears that the company openly and readily agree that they have been culpable in breaking an AIM rule of listing. NOMADS are strictly monitored.

In their favour Mr Assaubayev does look as if he is a man of honour and integrity and I will of course be most interested in the next statements.

As I read it they are going overboard to point out that the company has great prospects and they will honour their obligations to all shareholders.

Does anyone with expertise in these maters know exactly what this means

Don't get it. Fairly immaterial reason to lose NOMAD but not to find ANO and to cancel shares! Sorry for any holders (I have a a few £k worth).

At least they will buy the shares off market (TBA) so not all lost.

I have been reading that Assaubayef family have strong business link with the UK and global markets. Surely, doing a runner with this is not going to further strengthen the relationship, is it?

I'd suggest it's all in the hands of the family. It's what they decide to do that matters, over and above a NOMAD willing to take it on, however with that level of control I think it will have issues over free float.

Announce new Nomad
Lift suspension
Release statement on the value of resources and test drilling at the same time.

Share price surges.!

The nightmare scenario is that it just disappears!

Delisting means it's very difficult to sell as there is no 'market'. One of the many downsides is that while a company is a zombie status (ie alive but you can't trade) is it's also not straightforward claiming any tax loss.

Recent research showed Aim, which has just celebrated its 20th anniversary, shrank last year as the number of companies on the market fell by 29. Among those that left the market, 13 were delisted after the Nomad stood down and they were unable to find a replacement within a month – by which point the company is dropped from Aim.

Not to me it doesn't. They have up to six months. Ashar Q. will be on the job.

I am chilled. The big man said that they would have good news for shareholders.

"The Board wishes to thank the shareholders for their patience and we are confident of looking forward to a productive 2018 as the Company develops".
