19/10/2018 18:55 | Best of luck all. | keya5000
19/10/2018 18:54 | It’s usually not a positive event for shareholders but it may provide some sort of trading. | keya5000
19/10/2018 18:53 | It may be worth emailing the company the link and explain to them how it works. | keya5000
19/10/2018 18:52 | Look at britdaq for how the matches bargain system works. | keya5000
19/10/2018 18:43 | Just saw the RNS.Delist but how are we getting our money and Will we receive shares certificate? Is the company better off, not listed in AIM market and how will they raise funds? Sorry for asking so much questions but I am confused . | shareho1der
19/10/2018 18:20 | I speak as a 'major' P.I. in Kemin. It appears that the company openly and readily agree that they have been culpable in breaking an AIM rule of listing. NOMADS are strictly monitored. In their favour Mr Assaubayev does look as if he is a man of honour and integrity and I will of course be most interested in the next statements. As I read it they are going overboard to point out that the company has great prospects and they will honour their obligations to all shareholders. Does anyone with expertise in these maters know exactly what this means -- "provide continued liquidity for shareholders by setting up a matched bargain facility" impo/dyor | jimmyloser
19/10/2018 16:45 | Don't get it. Fairly immaterial reason to lose NOMAD but not to find ANO and to cancel shares! Sorry for any holders (I have a a few £k worth). At least they will buy the shares off market (TBA) so not all lost. | waterloo01
19/10/2018 14:51 | I have been reading that Assaubayef family have strong business link with the UK and global markets. Surely, doing a runner with this is not going to further strengthen the relationship, is it? | shareho1der
19/10/2018 13:52 | I'd suggest it's all in the hands of the family. It's what they decide to do that matters, over and above a NOMAD willing to take it on, however with that level of control I think it will have issues over free float. "The controlling party of Kemin Resources plc is Bergfolk Corporation, by virtue of the fact that it owns 76,14% of the voting rights in the company. The ultimate controlling party is the Assaubayev family." Google Assaubayev family. Makes for interesting reading! | waterloo01
19/10/2018 11:57 | My dream scenario would be...... Announce new Nomad Lift suspension Release statement on the value of resources and test drilling at the same time. Share price surges.! The nightmare scenario is that it just disappears! | jimmyloser
19/10/2018 11:02 | One more week to go. I just want us to be informed of whatever is going on with our money. I can take it and it won't be end of the world. Nice day to everyone. | shareho1der
18/10/2018 17:09 | Don't know that for sure. Have to see what the next RNS says re ££ | waterloo01
18/10/2018 17:04 | Our monies are all doomed then? | shareho1der
18/10/2018 12:18 | Delisting means it's very difficult to sell as there is no 'market'. One of the many downsides is that while a company is a zombie status (ie alive but you can't trade) is it's also not straightforward claiming any tax loss. | waterloo01
18/10/2018 12:05 | Use Google then. Hopefully it won't come to that. | jimmyloser
18/10/2018 11:46 | Jimmy, I can't afford an Accountant. | shareho1der
17/10/2018 21:35 | I am uncertain, I think you should ask your accountant regarding tax. We are not there yet. I do think that there is more to this than meets the eye. | jimmyloser
17/10/2018 18:51 | Jimmy. Does delisting mean everything is lost? | shareho1der
17/10/2018 18:04 | Thanks - I stand corrected Recent research showed Aim, which has just celebrated its 20th anniversary, shrank last year as the number of companies on the market fell by 29. Among those that left the market, 13 were delisted after the Nomad stood down and they were unable to find a replacement within a month – by which point the company is dropped from Aim. | jimmyloser
17/10/2018 17:42 | Jimmy think it is one month from resignation then the listing is lost. | keya5000
17/10/2018 17:33 | Not to me it doesn't. They have up to six months. Ashar Q. will be on the job. I am chilled. The big man said that they would have good news for shareholders. "The Board wishes to thank the shareholders for their patience and we are confident of looking forward to a productive 2018 as the Company develops". Kanat Assaubayev Chairman 1 June 2018 I take him as a man of his word. impo/dyor | jimmyloser
17/10/2018 17:17 | Jimmy. Does it look like this Company is doomed now? No sign of appointing NOMAD. | shareho1der
10/10/2018 13:32 | Take your pick.... | jimmyloser
06/10/2018 02:11 | Anyone one knows if de-listing is not necessarily bad scenario? | shareho1der |
