I have had some discreet inquiries made and it does appear that the people behind this are highly credible and that everything is above board.
This has always been a highly speculative punt and the general opinion is to sit tight and pray!
We are where we are.

I didn't know that they were taking it private and that any money was involved. I got an alert from Endole but noticed that the Assaubayevs? did not appear to be listed.

The shares is listed at 2.3 GB pence. But hard to buy and sell. My accountant advised its too early to write it off as a capital loss for the fact that they are still trading.

ASCOM Precious Metals (APM) at that time had exploration licenses in Ethiopia and 1 large license in Sudan. Feasibility studies are well advanced in one of its Ethiopian exploration projects after a significant gold discovery was made by my team. APM's geological consultant SRK then estimated a Maiden JORC compliant resource of 1.7Moz at a discovery rate of $12/oz. SRK indicated there is potential to double the existing gold resource.

During this period for 3 years, I was also the CEO of the AIM listed. I subsequently became non executive director for Kemin Resources which which reversed its two Kazakhstan mineral assets into GMA, recapitalized it and changed its name.

I am really confused, total silence from every source, do the shares has value or don't they and has anyone tried to sell or buy any on Jenkins.

I have tried every avenue to make contact to no avail. This week my accountants booked this as a capital loss.
