30/10/2018 23:53 | I think the indicative price will be shown on Jenkins website tomorrow. If this ever get taken over, anyone know at what price? | shareho1der
30/10/2018 16:23 | Let's hope 01 that this does not become another 'Waterloo' and we end up a 'loser'! Ouch! sorry about that. | jimmyloser
30/10/2018 16:16 | According to my SIPP provider, I can keep these within the SIPP even if it's delisted. Different for an ISA I think, but gives me the choice of leaving it there to see if they ever relist. | waterloo01
30/10/2018 13:27 | I have been in touch with JP Jenkins who do not accept private clients. They will only trade via a broker. I then contacted my broker who in this case are Interactive Investor. They could not have been more helpful to me. I have to ring them and give them verbal instructions, they will then place with Jenkins to see if they can get a trade done. This includes SIPP and ISA. I then asked for an indicative price and this can only be obtained from JP Jenkins when I place an order. I feel very let down by Kemin right now. However let's see what Christmas brings. They have talked the talk, let's see if they walk the walk! jl | jimmyloser
27/10/2018 17:17 | The company could not find NOMAD in four weeks but they are able to appoint JP Jenkins within a week. That seems strange...... | shareho1der
26/10/2018 18:19 | Personal views on to-days RNS........ They do appear to be on the cusp of some positive and impo significant action that "could" as they have repeatedly indicated benefit ALL shareholders. I plan to believe them and sit tight until I have no other option. My view is that China Moly will figure large here. It is a shame that we are where we are but sit tight and lets see how this plays out. History on AIM has the odds stacked against us but this might turn out very differently. As I said, impo/dyor. I still have ISA's and SIPP's to find out how they can be played. | jimmyloser
26/10/2018 15:58 | Don't all call at once on the 1st November! I'd actually like to keep holding (only small stake) but as it's in a SIPP, it has to go. If the offer is low, might even suggest I buy myself outside the wrapper? | waterloo01
25/10/2018 18:42 | We know the good guys. But I do agree. | jimmyloser
25/10/2018 18:27 | I don't mind people posting honestly but there are some devious, sad fetish people who delight in preying on vulnerable people. So pathetic. | shareho1der
25/10/2018 16:03 | Lets keep like this guys, where we look out for one another! | jimmyloser
25/10/2018 15:54 | RNS's will be on here for a while | stonefold
25/10/2018 12:42 | From my broker..iii | jimmyloser
25/10/2018 12:39 | Jimmy. Where do you get that RNS from? I cannot see it on company website | shareho1der
24/10/2018 18:38 | AIM at it's best once again. If there was every a PPI(similar scandal) most AIM investors would be rich overnight. Can't remember how many times AIM companies have screwed shareholders. No wonder crypto will take over. BWTFDIK | sideshowbull
24/10/2018 11:49 | Forgot about ISA and SIPP rules. | waterloo01
24/10/2018 07:02 | KEMIN RESOURCES PLC Event Type De-Listing Description Delisting Market affected: Alternative Investment Market (AIM) Kemin Resources Plc has announced that following the unanticipated resignation of it’s Nominated Adviser (and subsequent suspension of trading on AIM) the company believes that it will not be in a position to formally appoint a new Nominated adviser within the timeframe required to maintain it’s AIM listing and therefore it is preparing for the cancellation of the company’s shares from AIM. The company intends to provide continued liquidity for shareholders by setting up a matched bargain facility. As the shares will no longer be trading on a supported stock exchange following the delisting we will endeavour to provide you with a share certificate in relation to your holding, should one be issued by the company in the future. ISA and SIPP customers may receive additional updates regarding the status of this stock due to the ineligibility of holding delisted stock within these products. | jimmyloser
20/10/2018 00:46 | This company deserved to go.did anybody try to ring the number on the website and RNS. You could never get through. Did anyone ever email? Emails would bounce back. Rajinder mentions that there was a lack of communication in today’s RNS!! Anybody surprised?? | gimmetheloot
19/10/2018 23:09 | Shareho1der, The reason the company has given for de-listing is true, or sufficiently plausible, that no-one, especially the regulator, will question its authenticity. For the company, that might equates to 'quietly and unnoticed' These kind of things rarely turn out well for pi's. | bo doodak
19/10/2018 20:26 | Doodak. Are you suggesting the company want to go quietly and unnoticed.? Is that good or bad? | shareho1der
19/10/2018 19:29 | No, as its suspended it doesn't really matter timing wise, but its just another 'marker' of likely outcome intentions. | bo doodak
19/10/2018 19:21 | I understand your views but really can't see why the time of RNS matters at all. They are de-listed. Have I missed something? | jimmyloser
19/10/2018 19:08 | They have a month from resignation of NOMAD to find a replacement. They could have stated their intention to relist... Who is going to buy, and at what price under any matched bargain facility... Incompetence, taken at face value, but there is another 'machiavellian' interpretation to todays events... RNS after market closes just for good measure. | bo doodak
19/10/2018 19:06 | Thank you to all. Very interesting. We live in hope. | jimmyloser
19/10/2018 18:56 | If they will protect shareholders interests (which would be unusual) being off market could ultimately be rewarding, but DYOR | waterloo01 |
