Good luck to all here but be very careful.

Kellan and the brands I know are a reasonable business in my experience of them.

"More than £500,000 has been confiscated from an island businessman suspected of money laundering and a £21m VAT fraud in the UK.

The cash was seized during raids at the Onchan home of Paul Anthony Bell and at his business premises in Hill Street, Douglas.

Ruling the cash be confiscated, acting Deputy High Bailiff Alan Gough said: ‘I accept that no criminal charges have been brought against Mr Bell in relation to the alleged VAT offences but there is sufficient evidence of such offences having been committed.

‘He has benefitted directly from the alleged fraud and has derived the cash from activities related to the fraud. Mr Bell has provided no explanation of the alleged VAT fraud or why he has accumulated from several sources such large amounts of cash at the two premises.’ "

Various moves to transfer the shares and debt to entities of his family as the RNS show since the original arrest.

Sorry to see the drop this morning, but there will be holders from much higher past purchases who see the rise as an opportunity to crystalise losses.

I did the same thing some time ago but then re-entered for a very much larger number of shares, at the much more attractive price in order to hold for the longer term.

I think KLN could well show a profit for FY -

P Bell who I think is worth £400million owns around 62% of the equity here and has a big interest in recruitment -

I see the lowest ask on show has now moved up to 0.75p.
Clearly, even quite modest buys have an effect here.

Yeah I think the Industry leader Pagegroup recently announced record profits recently -



So there is upside from lows in this sector -

looking at the last results KLN could well show a profit FY -

The last time KLN was to announce a profit it went to 3p from under 1p -

Incidentally Pagegroup upgraded by RBC after 4th quarter profits better than expected -

Not a bad website these days, at KLN.

Only 339m shares in total.

As at 5-1-2018, Majors have near 84% plus Dirs etc, 4.5%.
Finals due April 2018(est).

That's a really tiny free float, so if the results are even generally favourable then the current dollops of 50/250k shares will soon become rather difficult to just be able to pick up with the present ease.

See how the modest buying of this morning (total 450,000 shares) has moved up the lowest ask on show, from 0.65p to 0.70p and from 0.60p, only a few days ago.

250k shares taken 1228 hrs today @ 0.65P....not me, but I do hold a lot of these and am looking forward to some decent results coming out of Kellan.
