Hmmm, this is valued at the price of an average property in one of the more salubrious boroughs in London . . . For that price you get a growing and profitable business with a turnover in excess of £20 million and a stupidly low PER . . . Wonder if this alleged strategy will flush out a buyer . . .

I expect that to happen at some point after we delist, whether they sell all or some parts I can see no other way for the major holder to make money out of this. A MBO is a possibility or another recruitment co, I’d even be interested myself at today’s price but with the major shareholder you wouldn’t have a chance at this knock down price.

I’m not a fan of coincidences. Looks like they’re trying to mop up any remaining holders by offering a premium. If they up it to 4.4p they can have mine for nearly breakeven.
