The stock market looks ahead. If this company is anywhere near profitability its shareprice should rocket. It should never have been anywhere near as low as 3p. Low and highs are always grossly exaggerated.

sper you misunderstand, to take this private (MBO) the 2 directors would need to buy back the public shares (they do not own) at an agreed price (hopefully considerably north of todays price) - similiar to a takeover. Anyways we shall know soon I have no doubt, what is going on. Perhaps its just a return to profitability and positive cashflow.

I own some of this from a few years back (from Roddy Scott's days) and knew them and the financial recruitment acquisition they made. Admittedly, it was pre-recession and they have sunk a long way since then. It was only a small punt but I hung on in the long term belief it would come good. Would be very annoyed if they were taken private before I got to see my money back!

own a few of these bgt 12 mths ago. Anyone out there any info on what is going on here (100% rise in 1 week). Would not surprise me if this is a MBO - with the 2 joint chairmen taking this private (they own 30% anyway with some convertable debt aswell).

This stock is largely unnoticed by small investors. That is a very very good thing. If it ever takes off idiots and fantasists from all over the place will appear.

nice volumes on this today, pushing the price up. Still a long way to go for me so I am also hoping this is a run up prior to interims.

Most recruitment stocks are going up and suggesting improved trading. This stock was as high as 60p shortly before the recession. Any suggestion of a return to profit and this current price will seem ridiculously low. Let's hope any run up in price prior to the interims is supported by th results.
