Posted at 26/9/2018 17:38 by battlebus2 I expect that to happen at some point after we delist, whether they sell all or some parts I can see no other way for the major holder to make money out of this. A MBO is a possibility or another recruitment co, I’d even be interested myself at today’s price but with the major shareholder you wouldn’t have a chance at this knock down price. |
Posted at 25/9/2018 10:48 by tomboyb opposing reactions of NAK and KLN - |
Posted at 25/9/2018 10:30 by tomboyb SWIZZ - can sell at 0.3444p premiumSomeone background buying stock - KLN trading better than when it went to 3p! in fact around 3.4p i think - |
Posted at 19/9/2018 12:40 by gipps I wish i hadnt got involved at all.I really thought after all this time that it turned the corner and would have a lot of new interest and the share price would creep up,or that it would be taken private at a small premium price to what it has been lately. |
Posted at 18/9/2018 19:20 by dave4545 I went offline this afternoon, watched on my phone now and again.I guess this pans down to your personal funds, if you have lots of money in stocks and a small % in this you can let it ride and hold. But if you play with smallish funds then you will have sold and use the money to trade and try and recover losses elsewhere. I sold after finding out major shareholder had over 60%, very painful but I know playing small caps now that one or twice a year or hopefully less I will catch a bullet and today Kln shot me, been a good run prior to this. Sorry to anybody who bought in on my enthusiasm, it's really hard these days to avoid a bad one when good company out of the blue plan to screw small shareholders. |
Posted at 10/9/2018 11:37 by tomboyb I would add as with KLN NAK also has a white knight -KLN does not require it but he is present but NAK is lucky to have it - Liam Humphries for KLN may well have done a very good job indeed so we shall see - |
Posted at 30/8/2018 12:30 by tomboyb Well we are profitable -More than halved out notes now to a mere £1.5mill - And we are trading better and with the REDUCTION of loan notes from 3.2mill to 1.5mill and that is when the share price was around 3.30p - We are at 1.0p - |
Posted at 16/8/2018 07:58 by tomboyb Look at ASH for a turnaround story and growing -KLN is another paying down debt and profitable - The only difference is KLN is at low share price in c.f - I hold both - |
Posted at 10/8/2018 10:54 by tomboyb KLN is profitable -paying off any debt - and at its lowest share price - Buy when no one is looking - |
Posted at 14/6/2018 11:09 by fillipe There's still some 0.85p's showing at the ask, although now only that share price from WINS and only 50k this. After that, it's 1.20p from PEEL. I'm back in here after departing on the end-May spike. There are now many more folks who are better acquainted with KLN and up-spikes will again be the order of the day, I'm sure. f |
