Let who in??? They’re delisting to save money and not be bound by regulations. If there’s another reason like a buy out then the biggest shareholder could do it with ease given his 60% holding. If that’s the case and he will make an offer for the company why does he not do it now?? There’s no dividend so unlikely to be one once delisted so the only way to increase the value in the company is??

Battle I agree they say they conducted an appraisal and are thinking about it I mean if they weren't going to do it why even bother mentioning it

Yes certainly inside knowledge and moved the price down 30%. So what would we be trading at today if those sells hadn’t appeared. IMV a delisting is a certainty and to think otherwise is wishful thinking.

Additionally I don't like that fact that prior to this announcement there were some big trades sold at 0.70p -
