Gipps -

Trading better than when it went past 3p -

But as luck would have it now small shareholders may be out of the fray -

v disappointed but there is a slim chance they decide to stay on the market -

I wish i hadnt got involved at all.I really thought after all this time that it turned the corner and would have a lot of new interest and the share price would creep up,or that it would be taken private at a small premium price to what it has been lately.

Now it is a question of wait and see what management decide -

If they do decide to take the company off market then looking at holdings it will happen -

However a slim prospect of staying listed will mean 1p+ -

I went offline this afternoon, watched on my phone now and again.

I guess this pans down to your personal funds, if you have lots of money in stocks and a small % in this you can let it ride and hold.
But if you play with smallish funds then you will have sold and use the money to trade and try and recover losses elsewhere.

I sold after finding out major shareholder had over 60%, very painful but I know playing small caps now that one or twice a year or hopefully less I will catch a bullet and today Kln shot me, been a good run prior to this.

Sorry to anybody who bought in on my enthusiasm, it's really hard these days to avoid a bad one when good company out of the blue plan to screw small shareholders.

Yep, what you lose here could actually make you way more in the future from the lesson learned.

My first bullet for ages. I hope I go another 1-2 years before I catch the next one, no good thinking you can avoid on them all, on the penny market and aim you will always catch one or two bullets no matter how good you think you are at this game.

Just shows you that all low per shares are value trap.Gone through my stop loss. As long as you have a tiny holding in these penny shares, it reminds you not to be too adventures

Sometimes after delisting the company directors are issuing a lot of new shares to themselves. Nobody can stop them when shares are on the market.

Is that a certainty in this market ?

We know they are trying to get their hands on the company on the cheap, they have turned their much weaker first half from a loss to a profit so they should still be making way more than the listing cost and still reducing convertable/debt so the company is going forward not backwards.

Normally go on some kind of matched bargain service. Or the largest shareholder offers to buy the rest but on their terms/price which might not be generous but can it be any lower than right now ?

I could not sell at 0.37p right now, the mm's were bidding 0.677p at the open
