I think that the time of saying nothing's changed are in the past, with the licence in the balance. Something has to change. Hopefully some funding details are incoming, but the share price or volumes aren't giving any clues as yet

Unless there's a RNS before Monday, I'd imagine the questions in the webinar will be similar to the last one. Everything revolves around the funding, no other progress is going to get the share price moving.

AGM are mostly this. Little attendance 25 mins all resolutions passed.

Air Partner PLC (AIR) have done exactly the same today.

It makes no difference to most of us. I am sure the resolutions will be passed.

I have gone to 3 or 4 of the prior AGMs and had a coffee with a large slice of Bull@@@@...but didn't realise until months (years) after lol ? Anyway, we won't have to wait much longer I'm guessing

So as a LTI..for the webinar I sent a question to our esteemed (not) Exec. chair...as he has continually over promised and underdelivered TKGM funding closure most latterly in Oct, Dec, Mar & now June...will he resign if it is not closed by June?Not surprised he/they cancelled the AGM attendance but Yes a zoom would be possible I assume

As for this AGM, why not Zoom it? I know, they couldn't organise it in time. Or that would be no fun for them...who wants stroppy investors.

The webinar remains before for good reason I'd say. Now why would I think that? It's not based on anything...

Not that well at the moment so could not have made it anyway just annoyed at the way that they have gone about it. Think technically they can do it this way.Hope they did not hire a big room when they just needed a broom closet, who gets the left over order of biscuits and sandwich’s ?

Think a simple and obvious compromise to keep within the rule of six would have been ordinary shareholders to nominate and arrange two people as well to attend maybe someone from here and TW along with the two or four people from the company.

Seriously? Kefi AGMs usually have less people than a covid wedding anyway and 10 am start time means most people could not make it even if they wanted to.

I would encourage anyone who has any questions to send them in today for the quarterly webinar, really poor show from the company.

Yep I checked a sell for £20k of my shares and at the bell it was 1.843 so I’d say they were buys.
