David,

Yes, there may be. However, this Is an AIM stock, and all about risk/reward. If you don't consider the odds to be in your favour, don't play the game. Simples.

Morning,

Let's start the new week with a little positivity.

All of us here have managed to find an undervalued stock, one that looks primed and ready to break out. Well done.

We have some fantastic chartists in the community here that help us from a technical standpoint, and we have some really excellent fundamental analysis shared here too. Without which, I certainly wouldn't have increased my position in Kefi.

On the whole, members of this board are deeply informed, passionate, and active.

The Company has recently set very specific bonusable goals to the executive team which, if hit, should be the opening of the gates that is needed to see Kefi and its shareholders prosper. In my opinion, these wouldn't have been set unless they were thought to be achievable, and so I am buoyed in my estimations for the coming year.

All of this isn't to say that there hasn't been some friction and resistance along the way, clearly there has, but broadly speaking when you zoom out from the minutiae of the last few months (and for some, years) it appears that Kefi is most certainly heading in the right direction.

Of course, some of us here have differing views on what the route to success should look like, but that's par for the course. It is what makes it a vibrant community and separates this board from others, and we should try to welcome one another's views (so long as they are put forward in a friendly manner. To that note, if you do happen find your views being shouted down, perhaps take a nice little self-reflective look at the tone with which you offered them).

Hopefully, we can all start to focus on what might be happening - rather than what hasn't happened.

Anyways, here's to a good week.

FV

I was of the impression that funding was to be closed in July because it had to be ratified at the AGM on the last day of June. I wouldn’t expect any weakness in the share price tomorrow as it was strong at the backend of last week, after the article. But who knows?

Thanks Estseon. I had expected to see something explicit in the resolutions and wondered if I was missing something.

I can only guess.

There is a resolution to empower the directors to issue new shares for cash up to 10%of the current issued share capital. That is a standard resolution. It will enable Kefi to fund overhead, fund its ongoing commitments to the JV in Saudi and fund exploration in Ethiopia to the extent that KME does not receive any repayment of the remaining uncapitalised loans to TKGM. Ditto Kefi's loans to TKGM - if hard currency is not available, the money may be loaned to KME to fund local exploration - we have yet to be advised by the company.

The relevance to the syndicate is that it may be a condition precedent that Kefi ensures its own ability to operate during the construction period. Voting against that resolution at this time is not a particularly good idea. I have already proxied votes for it.

Hi BB,Well we don't exactly know the detailed requirements for the signing off of the full financial package but with the senior lenders and others it wouldn't surprise me if as example sign off of the audited 2020 Kefi Plc accounts was a precondition, cash flow forecasts, all debt and equity positions etc...also As part of the final deal Kefi Plc may have to provide a further equity contribution which requires further share issuance and the directors need authority to issue approved at the AGM...

I don't quite understand the significance of the AGM as the necessary milestone to funding. Can you explain it?
