ARTAR is not a sleeping partner in the JV with Kefi but Kefi has control of exploration under the terms of the JV agreement. ARTAR might well become actively involved in construction of a mine and infrastructure serving it.

I contacted the SA company today to check that the Senior geologist job was a real job and not a fake job that someone had posted (well you never know these days with the likes of Lek, Pet, ADM etc.). I got a reply from the company (HR.GMCO) confirming that it was 'This would be a full-time position working a 24/12 day rotation.'

So not just a temp contractor and this person will be leading in the Resource Definition (JORC). I wonder if Kefi people lead on the writing of the Job Description for this as I think the SA partner is a sleeping partner, they have a majority percentage due to SA laws.

They will. They are now contractually obliged to do so. Sit tight and perhaps we'll get a nice set of Saudi results to generate some upwards momentum before the big news drops.

Ans doc recieved 5th jan, wouldnt bet against funds landing anyday now as coming to day 8 after agreement.HAA most definately in Ethiopia now and most probably chasing the $9.5m as now normal business from today after xmas holidays.
