I guess that nothing will happen in Ethiopia until the shares are issued. Who knows what developments there may be in Saudi to keep Harry busy whilst awaiting the funding money. It may be, that the drilling program may have provided sufficient evidence for a revised JORC valuation? That would surely up the ante for the share price when funding receipt is finally confirmed.

Now that the GM is over and subscription docs completed, feel floodgates about to open up on more news as cash to arrive anyday now and interesting thing is H is meeting partners in SA rather than Ethiopia where action is about to begin.But interesting to see discussing "new initiatives" with partners.Hold for gold.

With no shares available in the Treasury, they were unable to satisfy any demand for additional shares until such shares were created at the GM. The receipt of the relevant completed documentation from the ANS/EG guarantees the purchase of the new shares by them, hence the need for the GM. The shares are available to the market from the 10th Jan, and there seems little reason for much of a delay in settlement (i.e. funding) after that date IMO.

If this company was in the FTSE, this would not be an exploration company. Totally different requirements of the board. However, if, and when, KEFI reaches mid cap status, I anticipate that Harry will still be in charge, unless he decides to retire. The EG and the African banks obviously trust and respect him.

As for your comment, 'very little in the way of results', I consider reaching this point, despite innumerable demanding setbacks, to be a remarkable achievement by the Board in general, and Harry in particular. For that, I thank them/him, as I am certain I will end up with a very significant profit.

PS. I have been a shareholder for countless years too.

So, would HAA and others choose to convert monies owed into shares instead of taking the cash if they thought that there might be a chance first tranche due wouldn`t come through?

Cutting through all the noise two things we have been waiting for, ANS to sign on the dotted line and then to pay up got one of those things and will get the other otherwise ANS would not have signed.

Going to be some optimists hoping to get in at a much lower share price going to lose out ditto some pessimists that will not buy some till the money drops in the bank.

As a long time holder topped up the other day and still expect the money to drop and further goods news from KSA.

Guess that makes me an incurable optimist:-)

The ANS cash is required for the relocation. Tomorrow is the Ethiopian Christmas, so the relocation won't be this week as the local government officials will be involved and their offices will be empty. They might find the gear lever to push into first gear next week.

My gut feeling and this has been the general theme played out by Kefi is that nothing will come of Tulu Kapi and it’ll be something else that’s going to be wonderful and turn your 1p into £1. The BD are dreamers but they’r not the ones suffering.
