Hardly surprising, given the spread. The MMs seem inclined to discourage buying, but encourage selling. I guess they take the view that, why encourage buying at this price, when they can sell at a much higher price in the near future. Not to mention, of course, they may be low on stock, and they do not want to encourage traders yet. Presumably there is some reason for the large spread, and it hardly seems justified by the buying action,

Meanwhile, the price of gold is escalating, and the pundits view seems to indicate this will continue for some time. Happy days, lets hope they get this mine producing asap. In any event, the Gold price should be reflected in the JORC valuation.
