24/8/2021 12:59 | Thanks Rob for posting the link. I tried but failed miserably! | ![]() pennstreet

24/8/2021 12:47 | Harry on Proactive interview just now has effectively said "We've financed it, and ready to go into production in 2023" !! | ![]() pennstreet
24/8/2021 12:36 | “meant that certain locally-owned parties were able to commit faster than a foreign-owned investor and also better support social licencing.“ More money is actually going to Ethiopians and we are well past the date given in a previous article about mining licence that was superseded anyway by the recent article showing Ethiopian support. Hawiah is being used as Kefi leverage to help with TK funding hence the conversion of shares two and three years down the track from backers that actually know something about mining. Market in general actually has not recognised the progress in Saudi so potential hardily pumped up if anything it’s understated. | ![]() robjm66
24/8/2021 11:52 | considering the potential risk of Kefi's License be revoked anytime (last warning was given few months ago), then zero value as collateral for fund raising ! Hence HAA intend to pump up the "potential " of Saudi for the inevitable placing to ensure there are buyers ! so what's the price if there is a buyer ? 1p will be extremely lucky IMHO! 24/8/2021 10:51 | Enquiry documents have been issued to a select group of consultants who KEFI believe are well placed to complete the additional elements required for the completion and sign-off of the PFS. Tender documents will be received by the end of August 2021 with review and final appointments taking place in September 2021. This work programme will potentially also complement the investment criteria of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (“SIDF”) | ![]() robjm66

24/8/2021 10:33 | This is interesting. They usually spot on..https://pubdocs. | theaviator
24/8/2021 10:14 | Rich1e Rab initially had 236 million shares and had as of 4th of August 262 million. Between now and then they did get involved in one placing, may have traded a bit and percentage would have changed a bit over time but looks like they have not substantially sold any Kefi shares. Only share sale I can see that’s moderately recent from directors is Norman Ling March last year even then he might have sold in anticipation of bonus on completion of TK getting over the line. You would hope that they have a better idea of what’s going on and are confident. | ![]() robjm66
24/8/2021 09:40 | I don't know that anyone's nervous or afraid tops. Was the management and parties holding, in the capitol structure 4% or has it always been 6%? That was my question in layman's terms | rich1e
24/8/2021 09:23 | Capital structure, Rich1e? Since when does that ever matter or remain static in Kefi's world? We have the same issue all the time with the TK funding, it has changed so often my head long since flew off for spinning so much! And what we got on Monday is hardly categorical either. There is a sense of playing with numbers, do you not agree? Rather than anyone, anywhere, actually agreeing! As for hiring without reason, there will have been many of Boris' pet vanity projects - garden bridge, Boris Island Airport - that would have employed plenty of folk 'working' on them. How else do you rack up the estimated £25m the bridge alone set back London tax payers? Ausdrill will have spent millions on 'desk top' preparations (yep, Harry revealed that was what he always meant when he said works at TK had been underway) and it was all lost. The new lot will be doing the same now and won't have finished their own studies, never mind put a blooming spade - if Harry still has one - in the ground. After four years since he first said - categorically - that the locals would be moving in October 2017, I think we are entitled to be skeptical whatever we are told. I'm reminded of Hollywood franchises, "Rainy Season 4" coming to a cinema near you soon! The fact I predicted it for the full circle excuse just makes it all the more laughable. Anyhow, that is how my disillusionment has come about. Like Boris, Harry seemingly can't help himself being a dreamer at our expense it seems. Capital structure, toffee! And we wait. Nervous Nellies all - yep, that was before the last consolidation, so "be afraid, be very afraid" that doesn't come back as a sequel... ;) Topicel | ![]() topicel
24/8/2021 09:20 | Sorry just say the Hawiah update...been travelling so a bit behind | belfastboyo
24/8/2021 09:15 | Thanks Rob,Well that will be an interesting update and webinar for sure...and hopefully we learn a bit more than the RNS states. An updated Presentation, and more importantly, Updated drilling results from Hawiah must be on the cards soon also...current market cap. Remains a fraction of the potential of Kefi IF Harry ever delivers....as a very LTI I am very tired of his overpromising and under delivering...but I live in hope that one day soon he finally delivers? Forlorn hope or certain? We will soon find out. | belfastboyo

24/8/2021 08:54 | Looking at the capital structure on Kefi's website the management and related parties figure is standing at 6%. I'd a feeling it was only 4% previously? I stand to be corrected by anyone with a better memory | rich1e
24/8/2021 08:48 | Initial JORC resource in less than 12 months is anything but slow? | ![]() shortarm
24/8/2021 08:46 | Rich1e - and what have the senior management been doing recruited for TK roles some 2 years ago if not sitting around doing nothing? I know, sweeping up and fixing the broken/stolen locks etc., but apart from that. Go back and read their job titles. And have you actually had any of the latest recruits even given an interview, as far as we know? There needs to be something more than a cheap advert to invite applications... So I suspect nobody has been hired and, ergo, nobody will be laid off. Ask Harry if applications came in and interviews have even been arranged...and most skilled people will not be able to start just like that after getting the position. What was possibly October is definitely December now. If we are lucky. We wait. Don't we always. Harry will not be asked any of the serious questions he gets and it is never anyone else - except once - and they get a stern look if off can-kicking script. Remember when Jeff was asked to speak at a seminar and began by saying, rather annoyed, I have been asked for my input with two minutes notice. Harry's fiefdom. Topicel | ![]() topicel
24/8/2021 08:37 | All positive just slow, and that is the problem here. Hawiah is a great opportunity but too far away especially with Harry at the helm to effect the share price One day rodders! | ![]() scars
24/8/2021 08:34 | Is this share controlled by a gang and a few mm's, how in gods name can a copper and gold miner at this stage induce just 8 trades with such news flow on an aim market, regardless of Arry in concert No one's topped up, No newbies have had a first trade No rns chasers have taken a punt No one see's the rns's positive No aim addicts have pushed buy No pros have invested at base level No ones averaged down up No ones been greedy | ![]() fart_conductor
24/8/2021 08:33 | Rob hxxps://www.sidf.gov Less than that really… SIDF also supports the mining sector by: Financing mining projects for all minerals up to 75% of the costs of eligible projects. Financing the final stage of the exploration process, which includes drilling and preparation of mines | ![]() robjm66
24/8/2021 08:28 | I can't see that they're advertising and recruiting for TK just to lay them all off again or have them sat around doing nothing for months | rich1e
24/8/2021 08:22 | Only 25 percent of 34 percent to find for Saudi! So not much in the grand scheme of things! | ![]() shortarm |
