23/8/2021 10:08 | I see this as good news that inches everything closer. Also, as no one has mentioned it I thought it would be worthwhile pointing out and noting the line item that 8 million USD will come back to KEFI. I believe this is what the project owes KEFI based on monies already spent. This becomes a nice little war chest for the Saudi Assets | riotinted_specs
23/8/2021 10:01 | Up on decent volumes, if Harry can finally get it over the line, we could be looking at this year's JLP. | rich1e
23/8/2021 09:55 | The initial JORC resource for Hawiah was done in seven months? Or was it nine? Either way that is incredibly fast!!Now they've been drilling with three rigs twenty four hours a day seven days a week...............H | shortarm
23/8/2021 09:51 | hxxps://www.africado edit. Kefi also down as a sponsor. hxxps://www.africado Wednesday 1 September 2021 Session Three: 15:10 Harry Anagnostaras-Adams, Executive Chairman, KEFI Gold and Copper (15 | robjm66
23/8/2021 09:49 | Lots of discussion today Clear that Harry was getting pressure from all angles - and an update has been issued It’s an update to reassure Reassure all is progressing and will be concluded in the near term confirmation could come sooner than the end of October Also we should expect an update for Hawaih and no doubt revised NAV issued upwards from today’s 12.6p | dicko80
23/8/2021 09:47 | Problem now is we all know that another fund raise is now needed, Probably £3m @1.5p, no doubt that will include cheap Warrants thrown in. | katsy
23/8/2021 09:47 | kelotoni… hxxps://www.kefi-min “It is expected that the non-KEFI shareholding in TKGM, of c.30%, will comprise Government and non-Government local organisations and these relationships will strongly reinforce the Project’s very deliberate efforts to align at community and district levels and with government at all levels.” Could mean that the local government is getting a slightly greater share “align at community and district levels” to keep the local region happy however federal and local government are putting an extra 9 million dollars in some of which is already being spent. 70 percent share is good especially as in 2020 expected to be 45 percent think the government and local share in probably agreed in principle now otherwise doubt other lenders would have agreed hence the firmer figure. Think any delay with them is down to the usual red tape when you get local and national governments involved with anything rather than any disagreement. Certainly do not see them dragging things out more than usual if they are getting a greater share. | robjm66
23/8/2021 09:39 | An update on Hawiah would be very welcome right now to sustain the sp!! | pennstreet
23/8/2021 09:35 | Does the timing and lack of much new info suggest we can expect an update on Hawiah? | bradley12
23/8/2021 09:31 | Agree with kelotoni! The locals who were told to take it or leave it by March have decided to take it in their own time! | bradley12
23/8/2021 09:20 | Harry cannot say 'will be completed by' since other parties have to actually sign and deliver before that is possible. That is beyond his actual control. However it does sound as if the final funding is arranged. Harry cannot guarantee things that are beyond his actual control. I, too, trust Harry for what is actually within his actual control, and view this as good news. At least, it is apparent that everything has finally been agreed. The mine will open and, I believe, in the time scales indicated. t | scrappycat
23/8/2021 09:11 | Maybe, just maybe this is the final 9 week push! | scars
23/8/2021 09:10 | Bid seems to be being pushed up though, very unusual for KEFI! | scars
23/8/2021 09:07 | Usual jam tomorrow. The truth has been written on the walls for years and years, reputed delays and disappointments and yet speaking the truth means you're a basher! | fingertrouble

23/8/2021 09:03 | My take from this RNS is that Harry was trying to keep an 80% stake, or thereabouts for Kefi, but the EG have refused to allow this and have approved the Finance package on 70% for Kefi and the "disputed" 10% or so from Local/Regional sources and that it is this "bit" that requires finalising. | kelotoni
23/8/2021 08:54 | Of course we are now seeing many posts from the bashers - they want the price down so they can buy cheaper. I trust Harry. | goatherd
23/8/2021 08:54 | The details overall look more nailed down to me Jaylett the extra headroom suggests some increased confidence otherwise why would they be putting in more money? As does the idea of developing the deeper deposit if the Cost-overrun facility is not used. You can argue the other side still work to do…remaining c.37% (c.US$131 million) is expected to come from existing identified parties working alongside those who have already resolved their conditional approval. All parties have agreed to enter into binding documentation at the same time… but would not be surprised if some investors were waiting till the tide turned in the Tigray conflict which it looks to me it has. | robjm66
23/8/2021 08:53 | 'Assembled' What the f hell Harry. | pensionplanner
