By all logic, this should re-open with a bang. I'd usually go for 1.5p and rising to 2p.
How many other small caps are in mid-process of receiving a cash sum greater than their current market cap? And how many other small caps have such an enticing business opportunity as heavy mineral sands (+ diamonds)? Even better, having a hard-to-obtain South African diamond mining licence gives KZG the opportunity to obtain rights over much larger areas of "mixed" HMS / diamond deposits, which are closed off to companies without a diamond licence.
But looking at a couple of the posts on LSE, I wonder. There are still some sour shareholders around from the time of the unlamented Giles Clarke. KZG is effectively a new company now - new management, new balance sheet, new business opportunity. But I wonder if the past won't take some time to shake off, all the same.

first challenge is how close to shifting 6000t/month hms can kzg achieve?

is it fair to expect a build up?

tweet 1hr ago

- Heavy mineral sands are used as raw feedstocks in industrial processes & as products themselves.
- The possibility of extracting rare earth elements from mineral sands is being actively explored.

wrtmf, well observed but those are "received dates" at Companies House. I've just looked at the reports themselves and each of them was signed off by GC on the same date, 29 Mar 22, the day before release to the market so every suggestion of an inseparable link.

Re Twitter, I think this morning's HMS tweet is much more interesting:

In particular, see the reply which observes the apparent shift to multiple HMS applications" now!

LSE KZG thread is TBTT's reference. Think this site disallows direct link to a rival to be posted.

That looks like a company created, but never used, probably for some never created corporate structure.

FWIW, there's an extremely well-researched post on the LSE board which goes a long way (I think) to explaining the delay in signing off the accounts and the suspension.
Call it a goodbye kick in the teeth from the unmissed Giles Clarke...

Mining ilmenite - i.e. titanium dioxide ore, chiefly used industrially for making things white (paint, paper etc.).
It's worth noting that below KZG's tweet there is a Chinese trader immediately asking for their commercial details! The market is strong for ilmenite.

I wouldn't bet on an early return to trading. If the delay is due to the accountants in Namibia then it's the same problem as last year. And last year they promised the delayed results in February but they didn't come out until the 31st March. The share wasn't suspended then only because special Covid rules were still in place.
That said, KZG's general business position grows stronger with each payment from the Chinese. I wonder if the share will gap up when it finally does emerge from suspension - by rights it should, but AIM works in mysterious ways!
Maybe there are still "stale" shareholders out there who invested because they believed in tantalum, lithium and Giles Clarke. If so, they are now invested in what is effectively a new and different company with different management. IMO, this is all a massive improvement, but it's possible those shareholders don't agree with me!
