What's the crack with all doom and gloom around kaz the last few days. I'm currently sat 18% up but don't plan on selling for at least another 3months. Thoughts?

Does anybody else think that copper will reach $3.00 next week? Particularly if the higher echelons of the Chinese Communist Party decide over the next couple of days that they are content to make a trade deal with the United States without losing face, an aspect of the current trade discussions which is so important to them.

Obvious that the driver for share price at the mo is the price of Cu.
So, best to be in for the next 3 or 4 years.

But Sterling went up 2% against us$ and we see KAZ price in sterling but copper price in $us. Which should mute the effect

Rough rule of thumb. If Copper goes up 1% then Kaz goes up 3%, the same obviously applies if copper goes down 1%. So copper rose 3% yesterday which probably accounts for the 9% rise. As I said it's just a rough guide.
