Great news - Norilsk holding up their hand as a potential partner. The analysts who deserted the stock (JPM being one) have openly said that a partner for the project would lower the risk of holding Kaz and I think we will see them revisit the story. IMO the share price will rise well over £8+ if a partnership is agreed and the feasibility study is sound; you have to look hard to find a stock which currently offers the upside Kaz does!
