Anyone know who the big investors are-don't see it on the website? If a large portion is in the hands of individuals I can see it being taken private at a knock down price. Too much scope for politics here. imo

* Co agreed to buy Baimskaya copper project in Russia for $900 million in cash and shares

* "Although we see a negative NPV in our base case, we appreciate that the magnitude of the project, the long timeline over which delivery and cash flows will materialise, and the number of assumptions required for valuation, the potential range of outcomes remains very wide" -- MS

* MS sees $3.4 bln difference in NPV between bear case and bull case Baimskaya valuation - almost as much as the market cap

* Although expects FCF to be able to largely cover project funding given cash generating base of operating assets

* MS cuts price target to 540p from 650p
