No growth drivers, and still run by a bunch of untrustworthy, self serving board members...

Who would jv with the prof? Last two financial institutions dumped their stakes...

Could jv with CGNR, but that’s basically JV’ing with himself.... and I don’t think CGNR has got that much money either.... plus it will still mean the prof is likely to be very much in charge...
Oh, and it would of course mean they’d need a halfway decent detailed plan to convince someone to pony up some serious cash too. Anyone seen a plan out of Kdr?

Hmm, not really. It’s dropped back to pre egm levels from June. As soon as the prof survived, it was always going to drop back...

What are the drivers for growth? No cash, history of dilutive placings/destructive consolidations , no real progress, lack of communication from the board, too much secrecy, no apparent coherent plans/strategy for development of the assets that they have, board which continually draws a salary/pension contribution and fees which in my opinion the board simply don’t deserve... all at the expense of non-board/family shareholders...

How could it possibly go up in that climate?

How much has this cost the Requisitioners in total including the huge sums of money lost selling their shares £100K+ ?
Absolute Disaster prof will be laughing saying Good Riddance and will probably punish them so hard in the not too distant future with a JV announcement that sends the share price rocketing.

I think whilst the prof and his board remain in control, it’s one to steer clear of.

Even I cleared my position adter the result had came in as I thought with the egm that perhaps the time had finally come for change. Unfortunately with the latest manoeuvrings that appears not to be the case yet. The prof has managed to survive. Whilst he remains in charge, I suspect any deal that is done will somehow only benefit his board and no-one else...

I won’t be lookin* at this again, if ever whilst the prof remains on the board, no matter how low the share price dips. He is too much of a risk to the company in my view...

Possibly something has to happen that's for certain.
As it stands its cash shell status and the share price should be around 1P

I must draw your attention to the level and some say any which way but lose approach board.Twice now!
Would go to rather then lose control.

Its cost us all .
But the company baord had to spend for survival!!

I cant help but think this is related to a cgnr JV coming .

Anderson / Martello had the casting vote and made his decision - he must have known the price would tumble. Too late now, we can only hope he made his decision based on sound knowledge that us mushrooms are not privy to, rather than a misguided loyalty to the Prof...

p.s. LG I like your use of the word 'reigns' :)

I think I’d have to agree. The Finnish asset on paper seems to be valued at around £10 mill, but I’m not sure how solid that is.

They don’t have the money to develop it, to prove it up, the last two financial institutions dumped their stakes, and the bod only survived because of martello’s support. But given that investment must be down by about half now, how much if any might Martello want to put in? And how much voting power would the prof have to give away in another placing?
Martello clearly voted for the existing board in these egm’s, butvwhat if he had chosen to vote the other way? And what if he chose to vote the opposite way if there is ever another similar egm in the future?

Whether Karelian like it or not, the only real way to improve its fortunes is for the incumbent board to resign and hand over the reigns to someone else....

Still, the prof did manage to secure his position... maybe he’ll pull a rabbit out of the hat....

Yep it would seem very appropriate to value kdr as a cash shell considering nothing will ever happen with its assets .Recently raised 150K had nothing left up to the placings so £150k v £800K market cap.... uh oh sub 1P here we come.Run for the Hills !
