Gold in Canada - that is a myth! Success only occured after conroy had left.

Surprising you don't know but just to fill you in...The current board have had massive success with previous ventures (that's what track record means) with Zinc in Ireland, Gold in Canada and maybe about to bring in a partner for a 40 mile Irish gold trend at CGNR. With regards to KDR they have discovered kimberlites, high concentrations of indicator material and also diamonds, and coloured ones at that

Robemy - what proven track record? Specifically what have they achieved other than to oversee continued share price destruction whilst taking valuable money out of the company, and then used that to fund loans/placings at the expense of other shareholders. I’d take you seriously except you have no provable facts to back up your empty opinion... L.

What have the current bod achieved in all the many years of existence bar keep the company afloatBetter to have tried and failed than not to try at all ..... unless of course it's more important to ensure a continuing pay check first!

I'm actually defending my investment Lazygun. I've no idea who Martello is or what his intentions are. I will defend the current board over the requisitioners based purely on proven track record, don't want another Paragon here thanks.

If the Martello holdings are financed from the KDR board the Requisitioners will get control by going to court preventing any further placings during the EGM and then buy as much stock on the market as possible they will win then.

WRT to TA and Martello holdings. - it really boils down to two options; Is the money TA invested his own, or the KDR board’s money? If it’s his own, either he wants to make money, in which case one could reasonably conclude he is expecting the share price to go way north of 4p... alternatively, if it’s his own, then perhaps it’s a tax writeoff, so if it falls in value, no biggie to him. Or, he’s got so much money, he’s prepared to Chuck in £150k and doesnt care if it makes money or not. If he is interested in making money, then either he has access to info that should have been made public, or he’s taking a lot on faith with the incumbents, since the incumbent board have so far failed to produce any kind of robust plan or strategy for developing the Finnish assets.... A fact that robemy and equalvoice constantly neglect to mention when defending the incumbents as vehemently as they do... L.

It certainly appears that way and explains why there was no attempt to try and increase their holdings to win the vote as there was no point .if they had bought another 10% along would come another Martello placing to wipe them out again Impossible to gain control unless a court order is obtained to prevent any further placings during an EGM request. Good luck Requisitioners.

Best of British to the requisitioners today. Having said that, now that the snake is on their side. I fear that unfortunately, the luck (and underhand tactics) of the Irish may prevail. Time for CON-roy the failed politician to admit he is a failed diamond explorer.

Will be interesting come Monday. You’ve got close on 75% of shares either in hands of the incumbent board/Martello, or the egm requisitioners/supporters, or other sig holders... There was a bit of a sell off after the 1st egm, but then for a good period afterwards when there was no hint of a 2nd egm on the cards, there was only predominantly a continued trickle of buying. So, over this whole time, there hasn’t been any concerted effort to sell off in any large volume. I think the reason for this is that the biggest majority of shareholdings are polarised between the two camps, and I cant see either camp dumping their shares. The incumbents can’t afford to do so as it will hand an advantage to the egm’ers. Similarly for the egm’ers.. Given the egm’ers have come this far, even if the vote doesn’t go in their favour, they’ve come this far, I can’t see them giving up. Given the prof’s advancing age (and indeed one or two of the other incumbent board members of advancing age), I’d say that time is actually very much against them.... L.

well they need well over 100k shares to settle outstanding trades so why not give them yours? of course, if shareholders don't help them out...

Just checked for any news, and just to put it all in context: "The Company has recently announced the discovery of a diamond in a till". This is FROM THE 1ST PAGE OF THE COMPANY WEBSITE TODAY! In what alternate universe does the current management consider an event announced 2 years and 9 months ago (on 31st Jan. 2017) to be RECENT???? Glacial progress, just like the till deposits.

I think the pre-egm meet will be a smaller affair this time as most shareholders have taken the time to avail themselves of the requistioners proxy service. Shame you didn't step up to the plate and show your support too Bonnie!
