Yes could be costly but can't see how this is valued at 1.3b and feel it will fall back after ex divi. Profit early 20m's for the last two years and 60m in cash with no obvious change doesn't add up to me.

You are a brave man, Gaffer, shorting this against such strong upward momentum. I see your point about the share price on the surface, being somewhat ahead of events. But, then, I thought that Games Workshop was overvalued at £55 just a few months ago and decided not to buy - a big mistake in hindsight.I was equally dubious about Kainos a few weeks back, on valuation grounds, at £7.50, but on the basis of the GW error, I took the plunge.I wont wish you luck, since I hope it soars to even more astronomical heights!

A good company but agree it is very expensive (PE ratio = 71). This means that it is considered a growth stock that should deliver but will be punished for any hick up from here. IMO it went far too much.

This company is currently valued at 1.3b. Profit reported for last year was 23m on turnover of 178m.To me the company looks overvalued.

Always use to say Micro Focus when valued a lot higher would bid for Kainos, now could be the other way around, Kainos a very good company.
