One good thing is that the big sellers have obviously left. Otherwise this would have been back at 7p already.

shev...its traders, most of which are algos that simply react to the price changes and thereby amplify the price volatility brought on by the war in Ukraine etc.... actual changes in supply and demand seem to have less and less effect nowadays. And commodities priced in dollars have become more expensive in other currencies as the dollar has strengthened again.

Good news is that Copper is flying and will shortly break through $8,700 ....

Utterly crazy that metals, especially pgms are taking another beating when a massive deficit is expected in the second half of this year.

Yep...low volume
Traders got bored and cashed out.
If you're in this for the longer term, more than 6 months...buy the dips and wait for the news..

It will get to the point where it won't be worth getting some stuff out of the ground and guess who doesn't have to?

SB - I note you responded that metals are not getting trashed, and have stated but why let facts get in the way! I note you have highlighted copper which is the ONLY exception at the moe!

Just a quick look at the graphs show

Platinum down close to 10% over the last month
Palladium also down around 10% over the month and over 20% over the last 6 months.
Rhodium down over 50% over the last 6 months!

But Copper is holding up ;)

Weak hands exiting ..meanwhile someone quietly upping up holdings..all good for a significant uplift in the share price short term
