Sleveen, that's when the new stock is available for trading. I've taken part in several placings and always released from being inside once the announcement is made. Ergo nothing to prevent those who participated buying or selling as of now. There seemed to be a price support operation in play immediately after the announcement but they have stopped now in the face of PI profit taking. The placing price will provide strong support going forward though and buying might well recommence once any TR1's emerge imo.

This deal would, in all likelihood, have been negotiated some time ago, when the price was in the 3p range. For all we khow, it could have attracted a premium.

It would make sense, else they are just wasting capacity and increasing costs in the PGM extraction process
