All about 'momentum' now.
The share price has performed well in the last few months so are we due a breather and a period of sideways consolidation or will we slip back below 4p?
The results were by and large good but the placing has certainly taken the shine off and sadly it simply draws unwanted attention to the amount of paper littering their past.

I'm ready to take some if not all profit but will monitor over the next session.
A few almost certainly knew what was on the way and hence the steady selling even in midst of positive updates.
They could have got the placing away at a higher price and maybe their lack of a genuine finance guy is partly to blame.
Anyway fingers crossed. Keep an eye out for those 6 dig trades if they begin to appear fairly frequently.
Gl.

It didn't jump out at me Skip, but it was towards the end of the rns, I found it just before giving up and checking the company website. Would definitely go but hiking in the yorkshire dales and knocking back old peculiar. So next year then when the price will be 20p+

Thanks Robers,

I realised that I should have checked the annual report just after posting, but have been out for the evening. It's in the diary now and I aim to be there.Anyone else from this board going?

The headline for this morning's RNS was "Jubilee Metals Group PLC Results for year ended 30 June 2019 & AGM Notice" but on re-reading it I can find no reference to the AGM. Does anyone have a date and venue for it?

Well, I'm out. And I don't think I'll be coming back here, either.
There are many things I don't like about today's results and placing; but chiefly I'm off because of management's deceitful reporting and evident contempt for their shareholders. It's the reddest of red flags for me.
Yes, there is the possibility of growth here over time. But the company has problems generating true free cash flow, and therefore it needs to raise equity over and over again to fund new projects. It seems obvious to me that the Kabwe convertible loans will be converted in due course to yet more shares, and that more money (i.e. equity) will have to be raised to fund Kabwe (the money raised for it has just been spent on Hernic / Ilyoni). That's going to knock the stuffing out the share price for at least six months.
I also think that most posters on here are underestimating the substantial business and jurisdictional risks involved, and therefore overvaluing the company.
No complaints - I've made good money here. But, all in all, Sylvania Platinum seems a far more sensible investment right now.

Thinking about my next (JLP) and cone across Cora Gold. Will need loads of cash, loads of placings to come and the typical post drilling pump and dump has already happened.Going to keep my eye on it as it moves towards construction phase and try to get it under 3p.

New share issue massively over subscribed at 4p ... suggests a quick return to 4.4p . Positive earnings confirmed and audited confirmation of profit . Hernic or fekin Iyoni or whatever they want to call it next ... going to add significant free cash flow . What’s not to like ? 🤓
