So F/C to be rolled out at all sites.
F/C must now be a proven process.

Theoretically IF when we get kabwe on stream, coupled with windsor, hernic, dcm THEN we should be able to self finance even the biggest of projects.
Possibly even Tjate

So much for them buying back shares! LOL. It seems like Colin will never retire his confetti canon. That man never does us any favours with his misleading statements.

What ever happened to funding from organic growth and the $50m project funding facility?

Looks like another 6 months before we breach 5p then?

So who bought them?
Do we, the PI holders, get a chance to participate?
Do they have a lock-in period?
We should be told.

so based on the number of shares in issue / the asset value and the corrected figure from Sleveen, that underpins the company at 5.3p without future earnings factored in.

Colin never fails to disappoint - just when it looked like things were on the up.

IMO JLP will take months to recover the credibility it 'appeared' to have earnt.

Could have gone the debt route surely, but no - more confetti !!

So disappointed.

I thought it would be at 4.5p. I expected this, fast growing company now, not put me off at all

"The proceeds of the Placing will be used towards the completion of the chrome and PGM transaction at the Company's Inyoni Operations as announced on 24 October and 5 November 2019"

I told ya'll that there wasn't enough cash to fund the latest acquisitions fully.

100 mil here, another 100mil there and before you know it we'll have 2 billion shares.
I guess it's another way to grow a company. Just let the share price stagnate a few years but keep the printing presses going. Some knew.

What does annoy me is JLP cannot help themselves.

I remember Colin once saying

"once DCM and Hernic are fully functioning, we will grow organically"

I really hope they do not buy anymore projects or tailings until they can fund entirely out of CASH ! ! ! ! !

I said 4p about 2 weeks ago, sharenotes will remember.

All the PR can only mean one thing a placing.

ramnik007, its in the AR 2019 I previously posted the link.

so placing at 4p
not far off that now, but will touch that price no doubt.

Atleast we now know what has pinned the price and also that we are now fully funded to roll out fine chrome at all projects, and to build all aspects of kabwe.
