Back in at 3.09 although showing as a sale. Bottom of its rising channel so either I'll cash out within the fortnight and pay for my US trip or be waiting 6 months for it to recover from 2.5 again...

rumour is Jubilee are paying £2 million for 100% of Kabwe

Could explain the share price fall

BMR will still receive a royalty, even if Jubilee buys all the shares of Enviro Mining Limited ("EML"), a subsidiary of BMR.

If BMR are still in business, that is.

Hi Aceshi!
Goldibucks (who I suspect is an accountant in real life) has already answered your question very well.
Mdalos also doesn't seem to realise that the stock market is interested in the future, and not the past. In essence, the market discounts future cash flows to arrive at a current price for any stock (whilst not forgetting its manic bipolar swings between fear and greed).
Jubilee is a growth company - its revenues and earnings both grew over 50% QoQ in the last quarter. In all likelihood they will continue to grow rapidly for the next few quarters as well. The market will realise this, and as long as there are no major shocks (e.g. a commodities or a market crash), Jubilee's share price will rise accordingly.
I agree with Goldibucks rough estimate of a share price of 5.2p (100m mcap) by October. Perhaps before then if there is news of a copper/cobalt deal or the market is in an optimistic mood.

150k will buy it lit I reckon... AB appears to be so desperate for cash, he'd sell his mum if he could.

“exactly what it is that MD is not understanding about accounting.”

How to (at a high level) convert from project earnings reported in quarterly production data to net profit using an admin cost run rate from the interims and a forecast of interest payments from RNS announcements. He also doesn’t understand annualisation of previously reported profit run rates and dismisses any attempt to roll or forecast forward as a complete invention. He doesn’t understand that central/group/operating/admin costs are the same thing and can be forecast at the basic level from the operating cost of the P&L. He didn’t seem to appreciate that production costs or cost of sales are already deducted to get to project earnings.

GSG - understand where you're coming from. Hoped AB would just disappear, prefer not to have the association. Don't think it's in JLP's best interest. Ok, yes at arms length but still.

Nah... whatever BMR say or want to do with any other company has nothing to do with JLP.BMR shareholders have been strung along throughout this entire process to keep them from taking action.. The latest line is just more of the same.
