BMR 12.5% should now be reduced with the cost of the plant. Also you would be waiting to see what vehicle they put the royalty in.
If that's split out of BMR then what would stop JLP selling up. So I wouldn't expect BMR to move anytime soon even if they re-list with another asset. Imo

"The Sable plant can produce 100 tonnes of acid per day, the current price is $275/tonne, so potentially $27,500/day or $192,500.00 per week from sale of acid to Glencore. If we were able to produce at that rate and Glencore takes it all, then we will effectively get half of the purchase cost of Sable back whilst we are in the process of getting Kabwe up and running."

“Kabwe will not start producing much for about three years” Where do you get 3 years from? Leon said first metal from Kabwe in 8 months on the Proactive Investors video on YouTube from yesterday.

It's only 11% now Tim.

Checkout BMR's official twitter page first. Sounds like it's being run by Krypton

The effect of the issue of the shares for the Kabwe deal is that any gain we might have expected in the share price in the next few months has to be diluted by the extra shares which will be in issue. So if we might have expected a near term rise to 7p this will be reduced by roughly 5/18 ( the new shares over the total shares). Kabwe will not start producing much for about three years but the financing costs and loan repayments will have to be met probably ok from current income streams.Although current trading has yet to properly mature and the results feed through to a higher share price the danger exists that the BOD will come up yet another transformational deal.
If as CB stated at the 2017 AGM the prospective P/E was then 2 then the price of the Kabwe financing was much higher than $14m as the shares used as payment should have been worth at least 5p instead of 2.31p. All being well on the expected tonnages at todays prices Kabwe's fully ramped annual turnover would appear to be c$108m p.a. so ought to produce $10-$20m. Perhaps time to look at BMR as their 12.5% profit share could be interesting

Plat - the only issue is that future spoils will have to spread further.
But we start munching our way through the Kabwe tailings this year......no pipe dreaming

JLP Share price 22.03.2018 = 2.35

Since then...

BMR have been dumped out
Retain a 29% holding in BMR (possibly worthless though)
Platcro purchased
Kabwe fully financed
Instiutional investors increaded to 33% of issued capital

JLP share price today 2.35.. All of the above for zero cost to existing shareholders whilst also increasing the trade discount to NAV.

I know of one of them that's just taken a £2m slice of the placing, - not at liberty to say who but they are the kind of organisation that will be in it for the medium to long term just so long as the development plans stay reasonably on track.

eblitz,

Full offer has been paid two other times this morning.

10:41:31 22-Mar-2019 2.40 p 750,000 £18,000.00 Off-book AIMX
09:22:56 22-Mar-2019 2.40 p 700 £16.80 Off-book AIMX

Price improvement involves attaining a higher bid price, if you are selling a stock, or a lower ask price, if you are buying a stock, than the price quoted at the time your order was placed.

edit... sorry eblitz, i'm being over excited.

Haughtonhoney,

Straight from a BIS document:

A 0% risk weight will apply to (i) cash owned and held at the bank or in transit; and (ii) gold bullion held at the bank or held in another bank on an allocated basis ....

The quoted dates for implementation are many and varied, although there are multiple sources quoting the 29th of this month. I have now seen another date that stretches this to 2027! Notwithstanding, it is clear that the BIS are putting the scaffolding in place for the next ‘crisis.’; If it goes live in April – read into this what you will!

Tailings reprocessing is a retracting industry and the fewer who participate in it, the better.

Only miners will survive with a meaningful business where tailings are concerned.

I would not be st all suprised if the board of Glencore are not the new investors
Selling the plant for an acceptable amount and investing in JM which would be petty cash for them will not be suprised if JM go on and loo at waste deals for Glencore

Bullster,

I can recall getting introduced to a famous politician. It was a salutary moment. He had to talk to a number of individuals. When he walked into the room I noticed that he was being briefed in real-time by four individuals that accompanied him. From the brief he then approached the ‘appropriate’ individual and gave the impression that he was sincerely interested in said individual. When he got to me, something had gone awry with the brief. Notwithstanding he was very convincing, almost hypnotic in his delivery, even though the content was complete tosh. The impression of cabals, Trump and whatnot that is accessible in the public domain will largely fall into the same category – complete tosh, even though it may look/sound compelling. What is not complete tosh is the BIS ruling and that is something we can genuinely analyse.

Leon, each time you release news about jubilee, the share price falls. How can you not see that your actions are resulting in this shareholder destruction. Share buyback. Who the heck are u trying to fool with that share buy back policy in the future. You truly have destroyed many long term investors shareholding values in jubilee over the years. You treat long term investors like trash. When u need finance, u just dilute and show the middle finger to the long term shareholder. You have no shame for your actions. I am a shareholder in jubilee and regard you as a Con Man and dishonest person. If you don't like my views, take action.
