22/3/2019 10:36 | . . sharenotes, I've heard comments that Trump is taking on the cabal of elitists who own the Bank of England and the Federal Reserve, let alone the World Bank. The world economy is overburdened by leveraged debt in the commercial and domestic world, governments are also burdened by interest owed for loans from the World Bank. Trump has battled with the private Federal Reserve to stop them trying to raise interest rates to stifle his recovery, this is why the ruling elite are keen to bring down Trump, they own the media and paint Trump in a negative light at every turn. Trump intends to put pressure on the system in favour of a gold backed world currency system. If you look at the statistics of countries buying gold bullion lately you will find a large increase, and they are not accepting promissory notes either. They are preparing, and keen to have the gold price suppressed until they have loaded up. Your thoughts on that. . . | ![]() bullster
22/3/2019 10:00 | Hi Boris, From the 29th gold becomes a tier 1 asset for the central banks (rule change introduced by the BIS) – a circuitous route to a gold backed currency? It will be in the central banks’ interest to manipulate gold higher in order to bolster their respective balance sheets. Interesting times. | ![]() sharenotes

22/3/2019 09:32 | Hi boris, how's life where you live in Zim? I heard on the BBC today that bridges & roads were destroyed there. Hope all is well with you & family. | ![]() freedom97
22/3/2019 09:17 | Since Deme1 has copied my post from LSE, I'd like to make it clear that I'm not him. In fact, I regard him as an idiot, although a little less deranged than ChopperNoel (aka Jonathon1970 etc.). I regard the Kabwe deal as a good one - a true company maker. At current prices, it will bring Jubilee revenue of over 100m GBP per year out to 2040; and I can only assume profit margins will be good, as the tailings at Kabwe are very rich in the three metals involved. But that doesn't mean I don't have a few questions, such as the one about the efficiency of the extraction process copied above. I'm also waiting to find out who took all those shares, and whether they are true long term investors or not. Finally, I'm not crazy that the dilution was so heavy and at a low share price, but I do recognize that it is a safe way of funding Kabwe. And that is good. | bookwormrobert

22/3/2019 09:13 | I know we have announced the funding arrangements. But if metal prices continue to rise, will it all be required? Or will our cashflow from other projects and acid production be sufficient. Hopefully anyone going to the investor show will be asking loads of questions. | ![]() robers98
22/3/2019 08:57 | This is from yesterday's RNS: "The Project targets an initial processing rate of 20 tonnes per hour producing a zinc concentrate and vanadium pentoxide before ramping up to a targeted 40 tonnes per hour producing zinc metal, vanadium pentoxide and a lead concentrate. The Project targets to produce annually over 8 000 tonnes of zinc, 1 500 tonnes of vanadium and 15 000 tonnes of lead as it ramps up to full capacity over a 2-year period." However, in the webcast last year, Leon Coetzer gave estimated figures of 26,400 tonnes per annum of zinc, 15,400 of lead, and 2,040 of vanadium (based on a 40tph plant). Is the final extraction process really that inefficient? Or what? | ![]() deme1

22/3/2019 08:41 | . . The Sable plant can produce 100 tonnes of acid per day . JLP can begin making acid right away and can store it in tanks. Until the leaching circuit is built Glencore will buy the acid maybe at $40-$60 per tonne, and i'm not saying that the acid plant will run to capacity. If its the Contact type of processor commonly used, some vanadium pentoxide is required as a catalyst in the middle stage of this process. edit... JLP still being traded "off book" . . | ![]() bullster
22/3/2019 08:24 | Whilst vanadium output is dwarfed by their copper projects and other mine operations, Glencore is a big producer in Vanadium and they have previously come out stating that they intend to be the worlds number 1 Vanadium producer. I would envisage that JLP have been in Glencore's boardroom for discussions, separately to the immediate Sable negotiations. | ![]() plat hunter
22/3/2019 08:14 | Share buy back scheme. What absolute CONS. Leon and Colin have no shame. How can they expect long term shareholders to invest when all they do is dilute. They treat shareholders like S..t. | choppernoel
22/3/2019 07:45 | Good that the-old-trout was 'advised that the two main II’s who participated in the placing are there for the longer term gains'. This surely means there won't be millions of shares available as some pi's thought, as those placing shares will be tightly held by the two II's it seems. So we could see the share price move up sooner than some might think. Also, in the Broker note it says, "JLP has also been invited into the boardrooms of the major miners to discuss access to the substantial portfolios of mine waste lying at surface. We believe this could be game-changer for Jubilee." Maybe the next RNS will announce a deal with one of them as been a few months now. | ![]() freedom97
22/3/2019 07:19 | Sorry fireball, i'm not sure what your point or grevience is.There was a clause and an opportunity for JLP to exploit. The terms of the agreement are that JLP is responsible for full build and total costs.Of course they would exceed costs if the consequence was a greater share. You're not surprised are you? | ![]() plat hunter

22/3/2019 05:59 | Hi Robers, The best thing about the debt and dilution is that it's all ours and we are not dependent on another company (construction and fabricators aside). This means JLP can get on with the Kabwe development to our timelines rather than being held ransom almost by another (PlatCro PGMs spring to mind). GLA | ![]() 1madmarky |
