They have access to a $50mil facility, if they need a placing i would be shocked, but not surprised because the JLP team are well aware how easy it is to tap up the shareholders!

on reflection is it really likely the 17mil is bmr? The price seems to high to be able to offload such an amount considering where the share price has been over the last few months. Perhaps it's more likely to have been an acquisition by some entity or someone.

It's perfectly normal for broker recommendations to be distributed to registered broker clients first, they're are then only distributed publicly so to speak after the horse has already bolted.

The incentive to register with a broker I guess.

I remember, The Skipper took part in the PlatCro placing @5p so could explain why only he and anyone else registered with Shard got the broker note, but still doesn't explain why the note hasn't been released to rest of market and it's dated 4 March, that's over two weeks ago.
