"What is the excuse now then for a sideways crawling Jubilee share price?"

If you check the following RNS, you will see BMR shareholdings have dropped below 3% as of 14/12/18, which means they don't have to report when they sell now.

Recently the share price has started to increase, so could mean either BMR have sold all, or have decided to keep the balance of their holdings as a good investment here, if they aren't still desperate for money.

JLP have been spending large amounts of cash to buy assets, which have a negative effect on the share price.

There will be a lag between the new assets expenditure and an income being derived from them.

New assets include:
DCM...Fine chrome machinery, other machinery upgrades
PLATCRO..Acquisition of operation, Dewatering equipment, transport costs to Eland
KABWE...Construction works,new technical centre

Extra workforce for all the above.

With interims due after a record period of overall project earnings the recent spending may have a disproportionate impact on group profit.

Then again, we may still show a profit and i still expect the share price to double before August at the latest.

I am fully aware Plat Hunter,Alex Borelli paid a pastor 800 thousand dollars to get their license back( that dodgy deal ended in Dec 2018).What is the excuse now then for a sideways crawling Jubilee share price?

I think you are right Plat Hunter, can still place an order of over 21 million shares with broker,it's been going on for months(if not more than a year). Massive placing could also be coming this way.

There's certainly no one buying at the same rate BMR want to sell.. I'm guestimating that the overhang is around 21 million atm

Cheers frogkid and good luck. Wish I could add more here. I know in the near future I will regret not stealing the funds, but hey, I am one of the few good *honest* South Africans.

I think it's safest and best practice to wholly ignore anything that comes out of Alex Borelli and the BMR camp.

Apparently Alex Borrelli is expecting news from his listed partners. If there had been news due, I’m pretty sure that would make JLP hold it back for another week or two.

GSG, when the clocks change sometimes JSE opens same time as us. If JSE was already open, how good was the RNS, did the JBL share price shoot up before market here opened.

There has been an RNS issued here in the past when JSE has been closed for holiday, but RNS wasn't price sensitive enough to move the share price

freedom. If you look you will see that JLP do issue price sensitive announcements at 7am, just on an occasional basis. So that theory/excuse does not hold water.

"Why can't JLP get their meaningful RNS's out at 7am?"

Isn't it because the JSE market is already open, so if a positive RNS was issued at 7am and pi's piled in boosting the share price on JSE, it would force up the share price here before markets open here. So don't think pi's would be happy here if they wanted to buy in. The only good thing is that any derampers would have to pay more to buy. ;o)
