It's only 2.8 mill today |
Maybe but if they have a few tens of millions to get rid of they won't do it all at once unless they have a buyer. They will just set themselves a certain amount of time a lower limit and have them fed in by a third party.A million or two a day soon mounts up. Otherwise it's some of our larger holders moving to pastures new, but why? |
I just don't see that shevvers. The volume is tiny. Surely they have better things to do ? |
No, I think it's an insti dribbling them out. Lets hope 4 is as low as they want to go. |
No shevvers I had planned to reduce slightly but the bid is a little fragile at the moment, may have missed my chance for now... |
It looks as if maybe the Cannacord selling down is continuing. Perhaps falling below 4 once again. It's bloody interminable. |
Actually it's a bit unfair to compare our possible situation with HUM as we are (hopefully) not loss making and having to beg for money. |
What's going to happen, have I missed something |
Are you selling? If not then you don't really think it's about to happen. From what I can see they arejust going about their business as normal. Perhaps the next financials will help in pointing the way. I don't expect anything great out of them though except maybe some more definite forward guidance. |
hi shey. if it's going happen it has already begun and when it does you may not be able to sell. |
Is that you froggers exiting stage left? |
Specifically why too late Ade? Only Slater has bought in at that sort of level and that cost him a lot more than he has now. Is there something you know that I don't? |
shev, too late |
That is something we do need to be on our guard for. Anything like those shennanigens and I'm off straight away. |
Yes, Shania also |
What has happened at HUM should be a lesson to us all. If someone powerful wants something they usually get it. Fascinating story of manipulation, well worth reading about. |
Cannacord down another 5.8m |
Good to see Copper and other metals rising today, perhaps as a result Trump. |

Metals: weekly price & performance |
Not sure, but hope he is right about seller being out. |
From Charles AJubilee Metals shares have risen by 15% ytd - the sellers appear to be out (yes, I know, a fairy dies every time someone says this), but more importantly, the rains have come for Zambia and power is now less of a concern than it was a month ago.Accordingly Jubilee has sorted out the power issues at Roan and now it can generate and sell the copper needed to send the share price back to a fairer valuation.Happy days. |
Might be due to America production of palladium is at a low and are an importer.tafiffs!!from Canada and SouthAfrica
American Palladium Resources
In the United States, palladium isn’t as abundant as in Canada, but it still plays a significant role in the nation’s economy. The Stillwater Complex in Montana is a well-known source of palladium and platinum group metals. Additionally, recycling and secondary sources contribute to the availability of palladium within the country.
The Market Outlook
The outlook for the palladium market remains bullish, as the demand is expected to grow faster than the supply in the coming years. The main factors that will support the demand are:
The tightening emission standards for gasoline vehicles in major markets such as China, Europe, and India, which will increase the use of palladium in catalytic converters The growing adoption of hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), which also use palladium in their catalytic converters and batteries The emerging applications of palladium in hydrogen-related technologies, such as fuel cells and electrolyzers On the supply side, the main challenges are:
The geopolitical risks and labor issues in the major producing countries, such as Russia and South Africa, which could disrupt the production and exports of palladium The environmental and social impacts of mining activities, such as water pollution, land degradation, greenhouse gas emissions, human rights violations, and community conflicts The technical difficulties and high costs of developing new palladium projects or expanding existing ones Given these factors, the U.S. faces a strategic challenge to secure its palladium supply for its domestic needs and reduce its dependence on foreign sources |
