Thanks chaps, I just reread it. I can see that they both retain options. I have to say I would have preferred Birdy not sold all. Maybe the IIs wanted him off the register!

CB and LC only received their salaries" now, since 2013. I think its only fair for them to cash-in. If CB didn't sold some of this "salary", we would have seen a much bigger share issue today

"Who says Colin wants out"

Pardon me, but that would seem to be a somewhat rhetorical question, seeing as he has sold ALL his actual shares and only retains an interest via his options.

Hence he HAS sold out,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

CB only has options, but obviously still retains his position with the company.

Who says Colin wants out? He has a number of companies that he is running. JLP is becoming a much more mature structured highly profitable Company, Lot's of people have said Colin is not the type of person to head it up, Although he is always smocked most of us should respect what he has done in his lifetime and he recognises an opportunity and has the balls to go for it as well as getting Leon on board.
The Company now needs a Chairman who can play a much bigger different role in the Company and it would not surprise me if that was not part of the deal and that we hear in the near future that we have a new Chairman.

I for one have been telling the Company in the past that Colin is now not a good reflection on the unit but I fully respect what he has done. Oh to be sitting in his chair.Good Luck to him

He doesn't want out he still owns millions of shares. Even millionaires need money to spend

Maybe the II's want their own man on the board / Non exec etc and want CB out to clear the way. This is a long term play here. II's will be thinking 5,10,20 years ahead.

CB matters not one single ball hair in any of this.

Maybe he's getting divorced and needs the £££. Who cares, he's only one man.

If there was any chance of a buy out/TO Birdy wouldn't have sold up !!

That's the biggest negative here.

Peeps can bang on about institutions wanting IN but why does CB want OUT ?
