15/1/2021 17:16 | It is pity JLP didn’t do as well today as one of Colin Bird’s other companies XTR which was top of the leaderboard Up 59% ! | ![]() 888icb
15/1/2021 17:16 | I didn’t think you’d read the RNS Nelson! Can you actually read? | ![]() lostabillion

15/1/2021 17:02 | nelson read the RNS especially the bit about Colin Bird selling his personal 11 1/2 million (personal)shares as well as those he was owed in lieu of salary. tintin | ![]() 9tintin
15/1/2021 17:01 | 9tintin...... where does it say he has sold all his shares, over the years he has accumulated 11,547,555 | ![]() nelson01
15/1/2021 17:00 | Thanks chaps, I just reread it. I can see that they both retain options. I have to say I would have preferred Birdy not sold all. Maybe the IIs wanted him off the register! | ![]() frogkid
15/1/2021 16:59 | CB and LC only received their salaries" now, since 2013. I think its only fair for them to cash-in. If CB didn't sold some of this "salary", we would have seen a much bigger share issue today | mikebolle1
15/1/2021 16:56 | eblitz "Who says Colin wants out" Pardon me, but that would seem to be a somewhat rhetorical question, seeing as he has sold ALL his actual shares and only retains an interest via his options. Hence he HAS sold out,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, tintin | ![]() 9tintin
15/1/2021 16:56 | What about the millions of shares he owns? Did I miss something in the end....... where does it say that colin sold all of his shares, I think he owns at least 10 million | ![]() nelson01
15/1/2021 16:54 | Link now confirms Monday 18th. | ![]() robers98
15/1/2021 16:52 | frog CB only has options, but obviously still retains his position with the company. tintin | ![]() 9tintin
15/1/2021 16:52 | Share options as the rest of the board | ![]() robers98
15/1/2021 16:51 | We had an excellent start to the year. Share consolidated at 13p as no other. Have a great weekend All. Meet on a call with Leon. | ![]() marmar80
15/1/2021 16:51 | Tintin Who says Colin wants out? He has a number of companies that he is running. JLP is becoming a much more mature structured highly profitable Company, Lot's of people have said Colin is not the type of person to head it up, Although he is always smocked most of us should respect what he has done in his lifetime and he recognises an opportunity and has the balls to go for it as well as getting Leon on board. The Company now needs a Chairman who can play a much bigger different role in the Company and it would not surprise me if that was not part of the deal and that we hear in the near future that we have a new Chairman. I for one have been telling the Company in the past that Colin is now not a good reflection on the unit but I fully respect what he has done. Oh to be sitting in his chair.Good Luck to him | ![]() eblitz1
15/1/2021 16:49 | Let me get this straight, has Birdy sold his entire holding? He has no further interest in this ? | ![]() frogkid
15/1/2021 16:49 | He doesn't want out he still owns millions of shares. Even millionaires need money to spend | ![]() nelson01
15/1/2021 16:45 | Maybe the II's want their own man on the board / Non exec etc and want CB out to clear the way. This is a long term play here. II's will be thinking 5,10,20 years ahead. CB matters not one single ball hair in any of this. | ![]() jackthecat1
15/1/2021 16:44 | Maybe he's getting divorced and needs the £££. Who cares, he's only one man. | ![]() jackthecat1
15/1/2021 16:41 | If there was any chance of a buy out/TO Birdy wouldn't have sold up !! That's the biggest negative here. Peeps can bang on about institutions wanting IN but why does CB want OUT ? tintin | ![]() 9tintin
