15/1/2021 13:48 | John bull is right this is not a dilution, this is a conversion of loan notes and exercise of options..do not be misled. | ![]() tonyevo256
15/1/2021 13:47 | What sucks is that JLP will bend over for the II's to gain entry, whilst us pesky LTH's who paid market price for shares in a company that was once high risk and have rode out the bad times get shafted. If they want in then start buying on the open market. Not like we need their cash! | ![]() deme1
15/1/2021 13:45 | This share is a no-brainer and I have added 80k today | ![]() juju44

15/1/2021 13:43 | Yes this very much gives us a floor for the sp, did we need the money, no, but it gives us a blue chip investor, many more will follow. So overall a good deal... | ![]() tonyevo256

15/1/2021 13:39 | It's not a placement. It's delivering stock that already exists, or could exist via options and warrants. It doesn't change the diluted share count (which is what people should focus on. I think it's about 2.4m all in). Great to see new ii interest! | johnbull1
15/1/2021 13:38 | but surely it gives a solid base at 13p, ready for the next leg up and beyond. All will be clearer next week with updates, who the II's are, revised broker notes etc etc. Must be a huge positive this on top of all the other positives... has to be. Brakes will come of this now that the 13p range has no reason to stay. It was held there for obvious reasons now. Seriously good times ahead folks. I'm holding for 5 years now for my SIPP. Who knows where it will be then!. | ![]() jackthecat1
15/1/2021 13:36 | Puzzled as to why if JLP are awash with cash they didn't repay the loans/debt that way. To some extent I see this as a smokescreen for Birdy to sell up and monetise his interest in the company, why sell all your shares IF the company is on the verge of greatness, that to me is a big negative that he wants out, maybe he needs it for another of his interests? On the other hand I can see getting a couple more institutions on board is a positive, but issuing another 100 million shares leaves a sour taste in the mouth after all the promises, although they are only slightly discounted ! Overall, I can see why they have done this, but it tempers my trust a little, maybe if CB were to walk away for good it might be no bad thing. tintin | ![]() 9tintin

15/1/2021 13:02 | "The partial conversion of the ACAM LP convertible loan reduces the Group's borrowing and ongoing borrowing costs and is consistent with the restructuring of all historical debt held by the Company into far less costly debt provided by alternative financial institutional facilities. On completion of the transaction all directors and officers maintain their current share option incentives. "As announced on 14 January 2021, our South African operations continue to grow and contribute to earnings while our Zambian copper and cobalt strategy is now moving at pace with the potential to produce significant earnings backed by our secured positions and a widely forecasted increasing copper price. The success in Zambia demonstrates how Jubilee is perfectly poised to play a pivotal role in the processing of copper secondaries and tailings. "This is an incredibly exciting period for Jubilee and we are thrilled to have the further support from new and existing institutional shareholders, and we look forward to the future with confidence" | ![]() robers98
