I completely agree on both points.

imo Leon can see so many opportunities within the different metal sectors that he's spoilt for choice. It's a question of which distressed assets are the most vulnerable to being exploited. Business is business.

Good to hear that the source of the copper is our own tailings. Would be nice to have some numbers of course.

Nelson- it's nothing about need. Leon sees an opportunity while he has a process efficiency advantage over the competition. He will look to capitalise on this, if that means issuing shares so be it.

At the moment the company is making money hand over fist. But it won't have enough in the bank for a large acquisition.

I was also interested that they aim to produce 600 tons of Copper per month once conversations have concluded with third parties, assume this will make the production of our own Copper more profitable by laying off costs onto those third parties?

Gfr....I’m pretty sure we have enough in the bank so no need for a further placing and also wouldn’t think their would be any stomach for it in the current environment.
Hopefully the metals price will stabilise and we can return to an upward trend. Even if the Coronavirus continues for some time Jubilee are in a good financial position to ride it out.

Losta, just need the proof in the numbers, especially cash in bank to reduce risk of placings? Hopeful results at the end of March will provide the evidence!

Just listened to Wednesday’s Proactive Investor interview for the third time.

It gets better each time.

Really going to have to find some more spare cash.

Phenomenal potential.

This is a market wide correction.
We have companies that make billions losing 40% of their value.
I can see a further drop nest week but hope 3p will be strong support.

I would like to buy more of these and others but CGT is the big problem. ISAs filled at beginning of year and already over CGT limit so need very big rise to make it worthwhile. Alistair Darling's time at Treasury was a disaster. Getting rid of indexation was just based on socialist hatred and spite. I bought heavily into AIM when CGT was 10% and subject to indexation.

Nelson... Deme always says he's buying at the top and selling at the bottom, when in reality the opposite is probably the case. He's been here too long to keep losing on every single trade he executes and still keep doing it.I've sold on a the last couple of occasions he boasted of a top up and didn't do too bad.

This weeks proactive interview has told us everything we need to know.

Jubilee under Leon’s stewardship is doing extremely well and is rapidly becoming more and more profitable.

Yes it is disappointing that the share price has been slow to respond but that will change once it’s proven in the accounts just how well Jubilee is doing.

The stock market took a huge hit this week and naturally JLP fell along with everything else.

My opinion is that JLP are doing exceptionally well with much much more to come.

I’m not here to day trade but looking a year or two ahead of where we are now.

My money will stay firmly invested here for at least the next couple of years and probably beyond if the company continues to grow at the current pace.

Good weekend all.

Why does Undie religiously follow Platts every word....... Because they are one and the same. The other board is operated by Platt and his various selection of avatars, on behalf of the Cannon and his sidekick. All makes sense now...... Beware seal pups, there is an agenda at play
