I am expecting a fair deal on both sides to be done between JLP and GLR, they have what we need and vica versa. They will raise as suggested but after the JLP deal at a higher price. May even get a shovel and help colin dig it into the trucks

True Bullster, poster on lse reckons that JLP's acid leach process was designed around using a 1:1 mix of Star ore and Kabwe tailings, JLP are dependent on Star/Katishu to maintain long term cost effective production.

fireplace22,

You are using the kind of lateral thinking that i use, which is good, and puts you ahead of the crowd.

Leon soon ditched Borrellis "brine/acid leach", the cheap alternative to the full strength sulphuric acid, now newly acquired from the Sable plant, at $400 per tonne acid, prohibitive cost to most companies projects.

The sights are set on WILLEMITE at near surface and acid is the key to commercializing it.

I don't think Colin bought Star (a then stranded asset) from BMR without knowing implicitly that his 'sister' company would on taking over Kabwe be doing the processing, he'd have had prior acknowledgement of that before he put the cash in. And initially using the high grade reserves first rather than lower grade tailings feedstock is not going to do any damage to JLP's returns.

Unfortunately Dan. I full well know the share price will drift on no news but the size of the spread and how imminent the news is, will mean that I'll more than likley get stung for my efforts.

Begrudgingly holding

Just shows how dead GLR is at the moe, not one comment on the BB about how GLR are going to start making some money!

Colin sucks the life out of more people than the reaper!

People shouldn't focus on how many shares Colin holds in certain companies.. He takes salaries from most of them and awards shares as part of placings.

In the grand scheme of what he will get out at the other end, losing a few million shares priced at half a penny, that someone else has paid for isn't something he'll lose any sleep over.

Everyone said the same thing about Borelli's skin in the game but if you added them all up it didn't even touch 100k. He'll be getting kick backs all the way that will more than put that in the shade.

Sleveen

I just cant see Leon doing that to Colin or Colin even allowing it.
We may get a favorable split, but not GLR on the cheap.

Sleveen.... certainly possible, but the sum to raise is significantly smaller... I think

Don't see why he would, the quarterlies are a retrospective view on production figures only.

For GLR read BMR, it'll be the same JLP MO.

ie funding for the project for a proportion of the resource and then take the lot when GLR need cash and can't raise it.

"Well Colin needs to do something to push the share price up, else PI's to the cleaners..."

Yup, my guess is he is trying to give the share price a jolt to help with the next placing, which is inevitable.

a 50/50 split sounds about right to me, with GLR doing all the donkey work and us just feeding the machines.
