Will Northam want the Eland beneficiation plant for themselves, blocking Platcro access. ?

Northam said a while back that the price of rhodium is the main factor to bringing full scale mining back again at Eland. It could take 6-12 months of mining to get enough material to put into the beneficiation plant, which could force Jubilee to send its Platcro material to our Hernic beneficiation plant.

When Eland was last running in 2014-15, Glencore was producing 35k pgm ounces per month, with around 3k pgm ounces of that total coming from the beneficiation circuit.

Then again, Northam might bank their tailings for later years, or could mix both Platcro and Northam or even a portion going to Hernic, let's wait and see.
