just bought all my trading stock back at 14.42 WTF a £1 turnaround.

Sold them at 15.30 and bought them all back for another trade.

Interesting to hear you think they will go into Europe. The way they've over taken TUI on the UK and sent Thomas Cook packing should give them all the confidence they need to go into Europe. A different market but the blue print works. Fingers crossed

The new aircraft are far more fuel efficient and ratios better crew/pass.

The company said
These aircraft are already demonstrating their strategic value to the Group in terms of operating economics, reduced emissions and customer experience.

So i think a saving will be made.
Of course some depreciation but we bought the planes very cheap and they have actually increased in price ( so a possible gain there)
There was a good saving on fuel as we move away from the spike caused by the war.
seats this year up another 2 million.
77% of travelers were on holidays up almost 17%
We had extra costs
ATC disputes and GREEK WILD FIRES all that cost us money.

I think the 10% may well be maintained.

Load factor is also up.

As consumers start to feel better off following cuts in NI and energy and inflation from last year they may be tempted to travel more.

These are all bumps in the road.

In Aug 2008 the shares were 20p.
£10000 ( 50,000 shares) invested then is worth £775,000 today

In the ISA its tax free ( i have excluded dividends) and sits outside your estate as its AIM.

Thats some compound growth from its launch at Leeds.

The journey to Europe's biggest holiday company is still under way but make no mistake Jet2 will get there.

With EPS of 200p the shares should be £20.00 today.

My technical knowledge of these things will be far below that of many. But any respectable outlet talking it up won't do much harm. As the airbus deliveries come in I expect costs to increase. To increase or maintain margins in that case is an ask. As mentioned before I don't know where significant growth comes from after this summer. Any thoughts?

thanks i would not class that as an upgrade. Just another broker seeing fair value ( which i cannot disagree with )

The 14 analysts offering 12 month price targets for Jet2 PLC have a median target of 1,890.00, with a high estimate of 2,260.00 and a low estimate of 1,650.00. The median estimate represents a 28.92% increase from the last price of 1,466.00.

next year they need to revise earnings up as we have sales over 7b but no increase in profit.

700m is a fair estimate

closed my two trading positions at 1530 for a 55p gain.

Was an obvious liquidity sweep yesterday. I loaded on EZJ also.

Man airport reports record numbers for 6th conservative months and price tanks hehe.
