30/4/2024 09:17 | Yes but he responds to pressure when it suits him ......... when it doesnt[like dogs and music in his pubs] he charms them flatters them and then ignores them.. | mr.elbee
30/4/2024 09:07 | Not entirely, three have been saved due to petitions and I've seen the one going round in Catford so you never know! ;-)) | isis
30/4/2024 08:18 | I dont know... you dont know .....Tim does [ end of.] | mr.elbee
29/4/2024 16:35 | Not sure why they are closing Pubs that seem to be busy. | isis
29/4/2024 12:49 | Tim is one EXCEPTIONAL businessman[unlike Alan Sugar who is just a fraud].. Tim will be ahead of the pack before they know which way they are meant to be going | mr.elbee
29/4/2024 09:23 | This may be the reason as is less than a mile away and a new one I daresay will cost £2/£3m only JDW are privy to individual Pub costs and margins so will have to accept their judgement on closures, extensions and new Pubs. 3 Pubs have been saved from closure recently and loads of people doe's not always convert into loads of spending in some places. Holding on to one Cup of Coffee for 6 hours is not gonna pay the Bills! | isis
29/4/2024 08:52 | You may be right as the next nearest one in Lewisham is to be knocked down eventually and they are supposed to be building a new one there. The Catford one is very low margin as does the cheapest deals possible and that might be the reason. Will be a blow to locals though as it is very communal Pub with lots of regulars. It is a shame to be losing so many identities in our High Streets. The Spoons I visit are becoming overwhelmingly busy at peak times where you can't get a seat. They do tend to quieten down towards the end of the Evenings. I think if they rose prices inline with some of the other Spoons in the area I don't think it would put locals off as London does not do hardly any cheap Pubs except Spoons. | isis
29/4/2024 08:42 | they might have found a better use for the money elsewhere? Opportunity cost is the key here. | mr.elbee
28/4/2024 20:51 | Surprisingly another one has gone up for sale in Catford, Lewisham. It's always very busy and they own the freehold. There is a petition going up to try and keep it. I go in there sometimes and is not easy to get a seat! So not sure why they are selling it! | isis
27/4/2024 14:15 | You attacked the ITV presenter and started talking about it late at night on ADVFN ….. but to whom ?? You made a fool of yourself again . Realising how much of a mong you were , you played the old “ mental illness “ card … Sympathy seeking oaf . You are not welcome on ADVFN . For the record , it’s known that you paid £14:50 per share . That’s why you haven’t gone away . | seedoftongo
27/4/2024 13:31 | I'm not invested here no longer ,as I made a profit that I was happy with .I post about pubs etc to keep people informed of the business in my area and sometimes further afield. It's no harm to anyone .I post sh1t on RKH as hardly anything has happened in 10 years and I'm just trying to trigger you ?I will now filter you ?Continue to follow me 24/7 for your entertainment? If you have money as you state ,I could think of better ways to spend your time lol ? | gozzie2
26/4/2024 13:36 | By my reckoning the share price should track north from here .... the 50 day MA is the next hurdle @ 762 | gwatson56
26/4/2024 08:35 | You don't have to go to Central London for high prices, the Trafalgar Tavern in Greenwich has a Lager and two Ales for £8.80 each! There are some more reasonable prices and it is a lovely Pub, also packed at Weekends. Tourists mainly, although there are plenty from the million pound Flats nearby! | isis
25/4/2024 19:39 | Quite a lot of comments against him re the drink driving etc . Hardly surprising. The life of a benefit scrounging loser. I know I have said this multiple times now but it’s Gozzie2 all the way … all the way de lads de lads 😂😂 It’s Gozzie2 de lads , all the way .. | seedoftongo

25/4/2024 18:19 | I noticed that Gozzie's coffee was KenKo (rather than Kenco) it was probably a Cheetham Hill counterfeit. | exter
25/4/2024 18:18 | Wish I'd never discovered him .. I've wasted hours watching the freak. Today's PS5 nonsense was hilarious, it came with the factory seal broken, so in the space of two hours: I'm not keeping it, it's going back. I'm keeping it. It's going back. I want £100 refund then I'll keep it. I've lost interest in it now, I'm taking it to CEX* *That's a common theme, he constant buys phones, laptops, computers, consoles etc only to dump at CEX days at a huge loss. As for the coffee, words got round about Gozzie and his two for a fiver Kenco purchase, so the name change and photo are a cynical marketing ploy. | exter
25/4/2024 18:10 | I’m scratching my head as to how almost identical this character is to Gozzie2 … It’s nearly everything that he talks about. I’d swear it was him , but it isn’t …?? Ah well , you are certainly not missing out then by avoiding that basic brand of coffee spoons do. The image on the tin ? Is that guy related to the company founder ?? | seedoftongo
