21/8/2018 17:38 | You have to wonder how very badly this is managed. Ridiculous. | p1nkfish
02/8/2018 07:23 | News out of Oz. Let's hope they are not winning by slashing margin. Consolidated offerings should be good for both sides but jury out on this management & if they have the commercial spouse outside of "build it and they will come" acquisition strategy. | p1nkfish
25/7/2018 17:27 | "We're Jaywing. We transform businesses and fuel brands." How about doing something revolutionary, like running the place to make money? | p1nkfish
25/7/2018 17:20 | Time for a re-jig of management. It needs a businessman at the helm targeting profitability. Marketeers can only take a company so far. Well spotted Arthur. Now, can large shareholders apply pressure or is it too small a value to warrant any attention by the big boys? It's no longer acceptable for this to continue as is. Erroneous finals, business not progressing adequately, profit out of sight. All they know how to do is acquire, hire mates and kick the profit can down the road. I can see some more funding being needed to stop the wheels coming off, at a discount too. | p1nkfish
23/7/2018 21:12 | Can anyone else spot the error in their figures in the (restated) final results. Clue - check the operating profit under note 1. segmental analysis - looks like they've added back depreciation rather than subtracted it. Bloody good show lads, no wonder the finances are such a mess! | arthur_lame_stocks
12/7/2018 20:54 | Management are under the spotlight. They have been lucky with the loyalty of larger shareholders so far. Changes could be called for to change the bus driver. | p1nkfish
11/7/2018 11:53 | This company was touted to become a leader in the science of digital marketing 10 years ago. Now it has fallen down the wayside. Here my assessment of their results: | walbrock82
08/7/2018 10:48 | Finals 10th July and the share price hasn't moved in anticipation so probably means a damp squib. The forward look will be critical to show if management have made impactful changes and driving the business and not just going with the business flow. | p1nkfish
27/6/2018 23:22 | A couple of recent wins, I think this has bottomed. Some sign of turn around in results and a decent forward look and it should move up. | p1nkfish
31/5/2018 23:08 | I suspect we have seen a bottoming, for now at least. A recovery would be no surprise. | p1nkfish

05/5/2018 08:21 | There are some interesting developments under the bonnet. This is just one. | p1nkfish
29/3/2018 09:08 | Not at all impressed by the management. Arty-farty marketeers. | p1nkfish
29/3/2018 09:07 | It's pocket change to him and unless he's executive there's no guarantee he's helping steer these people. Some changes at the top needed imho to put some drive into management. Ashcroft in his hey-day would have had this rocking. | p1nkfish
28/3/2018 20:38 | Michael Ashcroft seems ok with the paper Lord Ashcroft has been a successful entrepreneur for nearly 40 years. His business career began when he was in his late twenties. In 1977 he became Chairman of The Hawley Group and within less than a decade transformed it from near collapse into the UK’s leading business services company employing over 100,000 people. Following a US merger in 1988, Hawley was re-branded ADT. In 1997, he negotiated the sale of ADT to Tyco International for more than $6.7 billion (£3.7 billion). He was a Director of Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited, a financial services company operating in Belize, until May 2011. Other business interests include investments in Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited (financial services in Belize), Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited (holding company for Caribbean and Central American interests), Jaywing plc (digital marketing and eCommerce services), Dods (Group)plc (political information, public affairs and policy communication specialist), Political Holdings Limited (provide information on political process, conferences and publishing) and Gusbourne plc (wine producer). Lord Ashcroft is also seeking new investment opportunities with entrepreneurs who have good strategic plans and plenty of drive and enthusiasm. | buywell3
28/3/2018 15:47 | What chance it goes below the 20p r3cent offering price? No one at the top will feel the heat. Asbestos management. | p1nkfish
18/3/2018 10:30 | What the Ad industry is telling us about the wider economy. General interest once they start talking about the industry. | p1nkfish
05/3/2018 21:30 | I also take it that the dividend is now off the cards for the time being at least. | arthur_lame_stocks
04/3/2018 15:32 | Yeah this has been a real disappointment for me since I bought in. It did seem to be generating good cash but the last set of results along with the profit warning were a big kick in the teeth. | arthur_lame_stocks
27/2/2018 07:36 | Keeping their hands in their pockets and delivering a proper result with what they already have to work with might be a revolutionary idea. They ought to try it. | p1nkfish
