Doesn't sound like it's going bust, which is what the share price is saying...

Someone once said to me that "Jaywing" sounds like part of a prison.

I guess that redundancies mean things are still tough, but it’s much better than the rubbish about brexit the old ceo used to spout. At least there’s a proactive strategy in this to meet the situation head on.

https://jaywing.com/news/a-bold-new-plan-for-future-growth"The structure of the UK business has previously been based on acquisition and geography, but the experience of the last few months has underlined the need for change. We need to work more collaboratively, adapting and evolving our offer and assembling our many specialisms to better meet our clients' challenges. Our new structure facilitates this and puts us in the best position to showcase the incredible skills within the agency, whilst also improving efficiencies to enable a more integrated way of working. Unfortunately, as part of this process, there may be a small number of roles impacted across the UK business.

Ashcroft must be green with envy when he sees S4 Capital going great guns... Ashcroft and Sorrell aren't exactly mates.I thought Ashcroft was committed to this, saying they would lend as much cash as it needs?

If Lord Ashcroft thinks there is future here he will just take the Company private for a song price...

Current debt yes, but what debt are they going to need to survive the huge impact of Covid-19 and the following recession after furlough. Companies are slashing discretionary spending like there's no tomorrow and we are witnessing more contractors who work in the areas of Jaywing, flooding into the market as contracts are cancelled. IMHO only.

I thought they sorted a big chunk of debt?

I doubt it, they have to keep the company financed somehow and it won't be through profit, so an endless series of dilutive issues is the only option.
