Keep watching. What cost reduction synergies with this new acquisition?
I'm not convinced.

Acquisitions used to distract attention from their performance and raising at > 21% discount to market price and directors putting in < 10% of the raise.

Good news but CAN THEY MONETISE IT for shareholders?

Great on paper, "where's the beef"?

Trading statement was end of April 2017, probably similar this year.

Buy and build is ok so long as you can manage to achieve a shareholder return from what you've built. Jury out on this bunch.

When should you sell a share?

Some people think it's the first time the thought crossing your mind the management isn't capable.

Say no more.

Year on year Jaywing PLC had net income fall from a gain of 705.00k to a loss of 2.98m despite a 23.81% increase in revenues from 35.97m to 44.54m.

An increase in the cost of goods sold as a percentage of sales from 11.62% to 19.22% was a component in the falling net income despite rising revenues.

We are in an abnormal business period. Old cycles may not repeat.

UK dependency is major problem given future uncertainties etc of the current eu changes. Relying on Q4 just because that is where historic 33% of profit has come from, clutching at straws.

The future q4 may bare little resemblance to previous q4's given changes we will be going through.

At least no exclamation marks but debt trajectory must change. They suggest it will but still want to expand so it's either more issuance or more debt.

Keeping hands in pockets for 18-24 months to show some stability and profit growth would be better for all.

Annoying they didn't offer any more timely trading update. April 17 update was largely pat on the back for full year to 31/3/17.

Not good shareholder communication, not good. Especially for a marketing company.

Straight to the point - where was a proper trading update knowing the business was weakening post election?

They've had enough sense to bring the website to "on message".
Other than that it's slowly grinding lower on lack of anything positive to show.

Lombard Odier as major shareholder would do well to check-in on this boys club. A little cosy.

It is time they pulled their finger out and had some positive newsworthy developments.

Build it is done, start to generate a shareholder return is next and prove they can drive a business.

Not yet convinced and hope some major shareholders are prepared to agitate or get management changed.

Well, yes, but they work for banks, and they do marketing, so should be able to report accordingly...
