Placing at 10p I reckon, and banks to lend more / loosen covenants...

Even a takeover is also possible with over 10p per share

We know it going to happen, but it won't be less than 6p , my thought are the bank will give them some additional money for moving forward rather than more shares

Not sure if 6p is a breakeven price for me though... How will they get that past the more historic shareholders (and I'm not even one of them).

The free floating share is not too much & also it was over sold last time . With share issue only 93 Million - this should go 6p with no time.

Shares are very difficult to buy online or by phone, it's takes brokers more than 30 min to actually place an order to complete, online takes a little short time but it doesn't buy at the time of order, selling is very easy, anyone noticed

Whatever the reason for the shares to go up , it shouldn't have fallen this drastically, It should be at least 12p per share value, but a takeover from they customer at 6.5p for the business should keep it going for long term even though it won't be under Jaywing PLC

It certainly does , 6.5p sounds ok, the AI products they have is very good, expect more business over the next few more months

Well, if you're chucking them millions of pounds a year in fees, simply buying them makes sense I suppose...

You could be right, surprised at the fall of the share, this has gone too much down. Expect it to soon settle near to 6.5p short term before the 10p arrive once we have the funding requirements

I'm trying to remember who their larger clients are, presumably responsible for the bulk of the recurring revenue? First direct perhaps?
