Hi Steelwtch, with the sell off continuing maybe the computers have crashed with the high demand ! = biggers profits for Jarvis / shareholders :). Holding JIM means always having a up-side to a down day.

A wee sell off is always good for Jarvis's bottom line. Topped up a big 97 shares and ditched the TyeSB ipo.

The TSB - IPO is a tricky one for me. With limited money do i buy the minimum application or wait for the AA - IPO !. A good problem to have :).

This quarter last year the dividend was 3.5p so we are up 21.42% at 4.25p. Excellent.

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of Jarvis announces that it is declaring a second quarterly interim dividend of 4.25 pence per share, to be paid on 12 June 2014 to shareholders on the register on 23 May 2014 and the shares will become ex-dividend on 21 May 2014.

DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN

A Dividend Reinvestment Plan is being offered and the final date for elections for reinvestment of the first quarterly interim dividend is 30 May 2014. Any shareholder requiring further information should contact the Company.

I have just seen on TV an advert for SAGA's upcoming float. This as got to be good for re kindling Joe publics interest in Stocks, so good news for the brokers. With the Government selling more of its holdings in Lloyds bank in May (so i read) and the raft of IPO's continuing it should be another bumper year for JIM !.

Good results from Panmure PMR yesterday, but todays trading update from Numis NUM, and the final results from Cenkos CNKS, have blown my confidence in JIM sky high. All three reports are worth a read but the highligh as to be CNKS up-ing their dividend by 113% WOW. On such positive reports HL. are up today as yet BRW are flat.

I wonder if the 10k sale was a director selling to release stock ! as it was matched by another 10k buy at the close.

Great budget for Jarvis with the new ISA allowances together with the new pension arrangements. Should mean a real boost for JIM.

284% ... Fantastic :)

My account shows me up c90% but i have been a constant buyer of a Big £400 (or so) so that as cut my % gain on paper. I am though Very happy at how Jarvis as grown and with all of the IPO's coming to market, 2014 should be a bumper year.

Still loving the DRIP :) even if the high share price meens we get less shares, as happened today.
