Indeed that is the case.But,IF the price is right,there are plenty of willing sellers.LTHM could make a tempting target for a Private Equity predator.Lets face it-the modest size of the company along with the ongoing corporate M&A activity within the sector suggests they are bound to be taken over sooner or later ;-)

Shares are very tightly held.

Family members have more than 55% and also pension scheme of the company holding a stake.

This are definitely going up big time when the market takes notice of potential.

I think they have about 3-5 mill in the books.

However, they are very strong balance sheet wise as working capital is
self financed.

how much cash have they on their books? They're due 10 mill from a property sale, mention on other forums they trade below nav and could pay half their market cap in a special divi? Anyone properly looked at the figs?

KLWT - seem to have stock on tap. They have alloowed price ot move up and then come back in the offer. I reckon we will see a 10k T trade roi something at some stage as they tap their seller

wonder if that was a big buy order that moved KWORT? daft spread now but expect this to jump big to 300p when it breaks out.
hvs have a look at CHH another aim bargain similar but possibly cheaper than this.
