Are you lot blind to what is taking place here, Corby has half got it on, dopey Stan is still in a coma and concocts his hate filled bile day after day. You can't do much manipulating with a market where very few shares are genuinely for sale, so MM's trade
between themselves the few million bought and sold daily and most of the rest that the suckers are frightend into selling. Believe me or don't, it makes no difference to me that you haven't a clue what goes on!

Apple should have had it done and dusted 18 months ago, but they just do things the way only Apple can. My source says it's a done deal, he also says it's fairly common knowledge behind closed doors and they should be careful of another kid on the block sniffing around.

Oh yes and before dopey Stan, senile Spud or any of those other snidey twits on here start crowing, the post is aimed at the dozen or so sharp eyed traders on here and they know who they are. STAY LONG and BUY!!!!

Yes TV Advertising market currently looks better than expected Q1 24 at around -3 to flat vs 2023 but it’s early and final 2023 came in around -9% vs 2022 as expected.
But the Studios business is now struggling with lower commissioning especially from UK broadcasters C4, BBC and ITV plus global weakness.
It’s still tough H1 but H2 might improve with economic outlook improving via lower interest rates?
Suspect maintenance of dividend level now dependant on stabilisation/recovery in ITV Studios?
Sector also still out of favour globally.

Same as many in the FTSE 100, it's nothing personal, it's algos. At the end of the day the profits will come in the form of dividends. AV. lGEN and other financials have the same thing.Imagine buying in at this level and the profits are made?!

jacko. I think a lot of us thought the good reports of 12m ratings for the final episode of 'Mr Bates v PO' would have added a few pence to the share price. But we didn't reckon on the MM's manipulating the sp, that is a well shared opinion so don't shoot the messenger.

Are they hoovering up what becomes available during the day. The pattern is almost identical, up a penny and a bit, then down a penny and a bit rinse and repeat. Volumes are flat, graphs have almost flatlined for a couple of months, it all looks like the MM's have ringed the market/auction.

In the event ITV aren't faring as badly as some Media and December and January have been better than expected, it would be helpful if the CEO made a statement to the market and asking why ITV has become their hate target.

As far back as late 2022 everyone knew that 2023 was going to be challenging year, but the ITV share price was 90p just 12 months ago well into 2023. This current share price of sub 60p or down 30p in a year, is either an indication of the City hating ITV or something worse.

None of it makes a lot of sense, is dividend at risk. If it is, McCall is a goner.

Stain just comes on to chutes. This is his sole interaction with people, and he's pretty appalling.

Full year results are on the 7 March. And they are likely to be grim.

Edit. Furthermore, we have to hope that the current low share price reflects that already, the dividend isn’t axed and that there are some silver linings.

“expected good results to be announced next month”

Where did you hear that? And why do you expect “good results”?

This could well be the week to pile in. I don't think it'll stay low with expected good results to be announced next month.
